The chicken was made fresh and the lady working was nice too.
This isn't edible. Both the sandwiches we got were drowning in ranch and the bread was soggy and falling apart. One was also missing chicken. I understand it was a buffalo ranch sandwich, but this was just disgusting.

The staff worked together to get through the rush and were attentive to every customer. Eric has a great personality and checked to make sure every customer was satisfied. Give that man a raise! I don't sit in to eat fast food often and this was the most pleasant experience I've had doing so. Eric went above and beyond. His smile was contagious.

We came in with a very large group, and Zaxby’s went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent—as always—but the service truly stood out. Manager Wade personally came out to check on us and make sure everything was served properly and to our satisfaction. That kind of care and attention really made a difference. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the top-notch service!

Drive-thru employee London C was extremely rude & unfriendly & nasty attitude!!! Zero customer service skills at all thanks for making me feel like a burden!!! I will say the food was super fresh hot and absolutely delicious so great job on that!!!!!
