Zensation salad must have been a week old. Wilted lettuce with brown edges, the small amount of grilled chicken had no flavor. It was no good. I tried eating just the good parts but it ended up in trash.

Monika is a great employee;monika goes beyond and above for the customers and her co workers;i never have to double check my order or bag after she package my order because i know she always double check before she puts my order in my hand :) food also is always hot juicy and crispy :)

Grilled chicken sandwich is always excellent served hot, nice size fresh bun. I love it. I had a grilled chicken yesterday going back today. The manager is always nice to me he seems to be in a good mood when ever I see him dealing with customers in fact I've found all the employees at this location to be friendly smiling and excellent. Great food great staff looking forward to my grilled chicken with teriyaki on the side in fact today it's eat one at Zackbys and get one to go.

I want to add that families with messy kids come in and the staff cleans up and handles them nicely I respect that as we all know it isn't easy, yet they make it look easy by caring.

I'm sold on Zackby's... 5 Stars earned.

I like the staff and the manager nice folks but it's the food I'm after.

Maybe I'll come add an image from the restaurant or maybe I'll forget and start eating but if you haven't tried Zackby's yet, go now!

This used to be my favorite Zaxby’s to come to, but no longer will. I won’t be this location anymore because every time I come through the drive-through, they always have me pull up so they can come outside and give me my food. I am a single person ordering for a single person. All I ordered was a salad. I don’t understand why they always have to pull me up and they do it to every single customer when I’m in drive-through

Tried the egg rolls today. Smaller than I thought and a little burnt on the edges but overall, not to bad!
