Had an absolutely horrible experience tonight at this location. Sat in the drive thru for over 35 minutes. Car behind me with a bigger order received theirs before I did. I watched about 5 cars leave after waiting to long for someone to even take their order. Employees were just standing around. Very bad attitudes. My chicken was cold and the food looked a mess. No napkins and no forks in my bag. Had to go inside for my sauces that I paid for. I frequent this location a lot and noticed that the service and food at night has gone down hill considerably.

Customer Service is horrible, the drive thru takes too long to take my order. Been here twice and took over 30 minutes just to take my order. When I left, there was no one waiting at the window. When I finally arrived at the window, the girl slammed the window door when I was looking at her charge my card. Her name is Franceska. So terrible the customer service. Need to hire better staff.

The lady at the register was nice, but the service was very bad. Usually this location is amazing, the service is fast, the food is great but this time the food was a mess, the chicken sandwich had sauce on the outside of the wrapper and the sandwich itself was flattened. On the other occasions that I’ve come to eat here they serve the food on actual plates instead of smushed boxes. Aside from all the bad stuff I will say the location itself is very good and so is the food.

Food is good but not worth the wait we waste 20 minutes on the drive-thru they forgot about us went inside waited another 15 minutes and they forgot about us again don't come here

When we ordered for 4 on 1/16 in the drive-thru, we went to the window to get our order. No smiles, nothing! When we checked our bag, we were missing one meal. We went back to the window..waited 6 minutes JUST for someone to notice us. Someone even looked over at us but never came to window. Then when someone came we said we are missing our one order..no apologies about the order. Just gave us the bag and closed the door. Zaxbys is not what it used to be. Won’t be going back.

When I moved to Ocala two years ago I liked this place, it was the only chicken tender place that could come close to my favorite (Raising Cane's, which doesn't exist here). Lately they have been hitting us with shrinkflation, their tenders are about the same size as french fries now. They're most likely slicing these tenders in half lengthwise to accomplish this. The food packs a decent flavor, however I'd rather pay a higher price than receive a lower quantity. Alas I left this place still hungry after finishing their largest portion of half-tenders...so I'll only come back if I just want a snack versus a meal.

Young lady at register was very nice and pleasant! Didn't take very long to receive my order! Took it home and did enjoy it! Sauce was delicious!
