First time at a Zaxby's and loved it. The oriental salad was great along with the chicken strips. And the eggroll on the salad was better than I've had at most chinese restaurants in this area.

Great grilled chicken Asian salad. The only downfall was the overall price for lunch for two. It was a little expensive for lunch. We will go back, just not so soon.

2 reasons why I give it 4 stars.First- the counter staff seem more interested in talking to each other than the customers waiting to order!! I also had to keep asking for ice at the counter. Then, finally, they got the hint and filled the soda dispenser with ice!2nd- The place is not tidy! The soda dispenser area was a mess! I have to say that the cooking staff that day were on point!!! It was my first time eating there, and the chicken was really good, but the Fries were soggy! Bummer! I will go back, and yes, I will recommend....

Just picked up my order and not one things I asked for was correct. These kids in there obviously can’t take orders even though he repeated it and it was still wasn’t right. I asked for hot honey mustard, didn’t get it. I asked for one coleslaw on ONE ORDER. And double fries on the others. Got all coleslaw. I asked for extra seasoning on fries and DID NOT GET IT. Why did I pay $50 for food and don’t get what I asked for? Stop hiring kids who can’t follow through! Ridiculous’. Yall owe my money back. Incompetent ! People work toO hard for their money for you to feel you can do whatever you want. Stop playing

They took forever to make two meals and there was only me and my boyfriend and nobody in the drive through and they didn’t even put the right sauce on the wings and they just sat there and talked in the kitchen not doing anything and it was very dirty

This place has got to be one of the worst places I've ever eaten at! The food was weirdly salty. The service was abismal! They got our order wrong, missed my part of the order, have neglected their soda machine, & would barely provide us with any boxes to take our food with. At least the restaurant was clean, well decorated, & well kept, but that was about it for the positives. Never going here again, at least not with those employees there.

U do online order but u still have to wait on line even though they have a spot for mobile order pick up, cashiers do not seem to know what they are doing and was missing parts of my order if it was once no prob but this has happened at least 6 times foods great service is lacking.
