Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food was OK. Tradional wings chewy as others described. Order took a long time, then I was told it would take 10 more minutes for the wings. 15 minutes later, order was ready. BUT order was wrong.!! Only one order of egg rolls. And, no utensils in the bag. Get back to hotel. Egg roll order was WRONG!!! Only one egg roll in second order which cook obviously knew.

Best part is the Bargs red cream soda. Chicken fingers were smaller than expected. My large fries were lackluster.

Called about incorrect order. The so called manager only had the need to correct how many wings i said in error i said 6 instead of 5. Saying it sounds like your not being truthful. I had to hold my composure because I couldn't believe he said that. I order from here all the time..over 10 years and have never complained but that was soo rude.

Unfriendly employees. Subpar food. $14 for frozen chicken tenders, a piece of cold bread, and bad coleslaw. Dining room felt like a hospital bathroom. Had some antique crap on the wall. Disgusting

Worst experience. Took over 30 min to get a dine in order while I watched at least 20 drive thru orders go out the window.

The food was hot and fresh and the two people that helped me were very nice and clean in appearance! Although they were in the middle of a rush I still was given 100% of what I paid for in a timely manner

Seriously??!! What happened here? I ordered a zalad and bf had a meal. His was fine except for the coke that tasted like it was mixed on the machine. Ugh! My salad had old nasty cucumbers, I didn’t get a fork…I’m on vacation so I don’t have one, and I got the wrong salad dressing. Make sure you check everything before you leave the window. Frustrating. And I paid a lot for this aggravation!!
