Took too long to get our food, fries were Burnt, as manager would just walk in the back while being short staffed and not helping until my complaint.

Need train people We order 2 Cobb salad no bacon and egg. I had to ask for it. Then he gave me 1 serving when we ordered 2 salads. I get the 2nd bacon and egg and just received crumbs for bacon. The manager was in the lobby, and he fixed it.

Got a 5 finger plate to share with my wife at 5pm yesterday. Was the grossest chicken I ever had at Zaxby's. Tasted really stale and the fries were way to salty. For almost 13 bucks it should have been much much better! If I could give 0 stars I would. The ONLY redeeming factor was the girl in the window was nice.

What an iconic stop! Always eat here on the way up to Tallahassee, still need to stop at the citrus market! As for the environment, walking in I loved the memorial to John Wayne. What a classic. Loved the theming across the restaurant and train station waiting seats! Texas Toast crispy and buttery, fires hot and crispy, fresh food, fried pickles ehh and chicken was just okay. Chicken Finger Tacos (both
flavors) worth the hype. Will continue going back for those Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies.

Went there today. I have to say I ordered the blue salad and it was totally disgusting, they covered the whole salad in hot sauce. Honestly it was getting bad. Now it's probably worse than it's ever been, definitely will not be going back

I love Zacks chicken! Have bought dinners all over and have always had great service until today!! May be rethinking my future and just pick some tenders up while shopping at Publix.

Went through drive-in tonight and was not provided napkins or ketchup for my dinner. Went inside and asked for some ketchup and napkins. Shared that I went thru drive-in and was not given any. “Pink pony tail with glasses” said we do not have any.. Asked for a free zacks sauce since I had to come all the way inside to be told that and wanted something for my fries. She responded . “That’s not how that works.”

I said could I at least get some napkins? She glared at me, turned around grabbed a couple and snapped them in my hand.

I just wanted to enjoy my dinner tonight less attitude! smh!!

The tall skinny girl took our order , not friendly at all , very rude . Was taking our order like she was in a rush to be somewhere else , the other worker was out in the lobby fixing the soda machine and he asked her nicely if she could fill up our cups in the back and in front of me and him she rolled her eyes and seemed mad she had to do her job , Thursday October 3rd between 4:30pm and 4:39pm the short spanish looking girl with a red tattoo behind her ear was outside near the door by the drive through smoking weed taking hits from someone else handing it to her through a vehicle . Not professional at all , no work ethic at all . If you don’t want a job quit and give people a job that actually want and need one !! Never returning

Toast was rock hard, cheese bites and fried pickles overcooked and dry, looks like they made 1 order of cheese bites to make up my 2 orders the chicken tenders are small and thin bites and they threw my side of Cole slaw in Styrofoam container the drinks are so stuffed with ice the lids don't even stay on the workers are not friendly and this is not the first issue this week but will be the last bc I won't be back
