Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fries had no seasoning, food was cold, and i ordered a milkshake that I never got. I was told the machine wasnt working then saw them hand one to someone else.

Waited over 30 minutes to even order and I still don’t get the order while the manager and them are sitting in drive-through, I’ll never go to the Zaxby’s again

Food is good but I LOVE the fact I can get a sprite zero here and of course they have the best ice and styrofoam cups so no sweating all over and keeps my drink cold longer....take note Wendy's!!!

I really wish I would have got his name in been coming to this location off and on since its been open and the cook manager has worked here about that long so if you look up the guy that has been with the company the longest at this location and worked evening shift today this Saturday the 2nd of August you will have his info idk if hes a manager but he needs to be and if he dont want to be then offer him more money until he wants the job every time something is not rite he fixes it and makes it correct you cant ask any more out of your management in my opinion thank you for employing this gentleman and I appreciate how he handled the situation this location is close to my house and its the one I can put my name out there for yes 5 stars

everytime i come here the service is sloppy , the food is not fresh , they forget something no matter what it is , they are always incorrect , it is just terrible service !! they need new management.

I like me some zaxbys

Went today to pick up my order in the drive thru. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and am so disappointed! It wasn’t even hot and the size of the ones they put in my box were shockingly small! I usually love zaxbys but the size of what I received was not normal. For 8+ dollars I definitely didn’t realize I was going to get almost chicken nuggets and not tenders. The people that were working the drive thru also were not the nicest…. Gave me the vibe they wanted to give me my order and get me out of there asap. I’m not sure I’ll pick them for chicken anymore if that’s what I will receive.

For years while was on the road, I would stop at Zaxbys for a Black and Blue Zalad. I loved their Zalads and they were a healthy option for a traveler. I took one of my colleagues to a Zaxbys and she wondered why I would take a fellow traveler to a fast food restaurant. She also became a fan of Zaxby Zalads.
