It is 9:15 with no answer at the restaurant. This is not the first time they have gotten the order wrong. No onions on cheese steak and get home to loads of onions on cheese steak. Try to call restaurant, no answer at 9:15, although site says open until 10. Is there a manager on duty??? Don’t know who they have working there. When they first opened they were great…, have gone down hill tremendously. I added a pic of the ‘over done’ fried raviolis from a previous visit that we also had take out and no marinara sauce was given. Tried to call again and no answer! Very disappointed in this ‘private owned’ business.
Update…just to answer, this was not an Uber order, called in to pick up and take home myself. Cheesesteak has nothing about ‘bell peppers’ on sandwich only cheese and onions which I asked for no onions. And also….No CALL received.

Best Pizza outside of Central NY, HANDS DOWN!!!! 🤤 We have plenty of mom and pop homemade pizzerias up there and this is right on the top as well! If you haven’t tried this place yet, put it on your TO DO LIST!!!! ✅

I ordered a chicken parm sub and the bread is extremely burnt and hard as a rock. Very disappointed. Someone saw this burnt sandwich and still decided to bag it up give it to a customer. No care if the food is edible or not.

It’s better for take out. But my son wanted to sit. So we order some fried mushrooms and they were delicious! The pasta for my taste was ok but my son love the shells. The fettuccine was bland.

Hawaiian was ok and was very soggy. Service was good, small set up for dine in, but very clean. Pepperoni rolls are good! Mozzarella sticks did not wow me. However, they were served hot, and the marinara was good. I spent about $100, including tip, to feed a family of 5. Kids' meal pizza is a great deal! My wife ordered the Philly cheese steak, and I didn't hear any complaints. Overall portion sizes are great, and the pizza might be better with basic toppings.

First they did the pizza no cook, like supposed cheese no melted and the crust not cook and i called ,and they give another pizza whit not cutting in pieces like supposed, I think tha happened when they put new face , i hope the owner see this, caused it is a good place to eat pizza but sometimes the employees don’t care people Business, and i got pictures of everything

Our first time here since I’ve heard lots of great reviews about this place. Our waiter was very pleasant and quick with our order. We ordered half cheese and half pepperoni. The pizza was pretty good and the crust was tasty since they added a garlic butter to it. The garlic bread was good as well, nothing too over the top. Overall, the food was good but didn’t wow like I thought it would. I wouldn’t mind going back and trying something different.
They burnt my pizza when I had come, absolutely ruining my NY Style pizza. When I came back trying to get my stuff refunded this guy claiming to be a “manager in training” he was absolutely rude. I just know I’m not returning to this establishment.

Don't order a sausage pizza asked for double sausage and told them WHATEVER its cost I'll pay for it looked at it and saw a regular amount with 3-4 extra little slices in the middle after the cut there was 3 slices with 2-3 pieces Great tasting but even when you pay extra forget it *****Thank you for your response will remind you the next time I come for a Pizza

Once again the owners are adding a service charge to online orders. Plain outright gouging of a customer. These folks need to review their business practices. Once a customer is lost because of price gouging the business will be doomed to fail.
