Went here 2 hours ago (in the late afternoon early evening so like 4 pm ish) the ladies there had donuts for sale from that morning. Wtf. Make some new donuts and throw the old ones out. I walked in with it after i took a bite it was hard as a rock. Squeezed it in one hand, didnt even flex (RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM, to show them.). Young lady just goes "sorry!" Didnt offer to make new ones.
This is pure laziness!!!!!!!! And is TOTALLY not food safe!

I decided to try the new seasonal menu items and ordered a pumpkin spice latte along with a couple of their signature donuts. The latte was perfectly crafted, with the right balance of spices and sweetness, providing the perfect cozy comfort I was looking for. The donuts were fresh, soft, and absolutely deliciousājust what I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Ordered a blueberry donut and paid. They put the little donut balls instead (I thought she offered a muffin). Came back from my car without my phone. They refused to give me a muffin if I didnāt pay the extra.Got back to my car, grabbed my phone, then asked for a refund. Very bad customer service. If the app is not updated then give the blueberry muffin (upgrade) and update your counter. I donāt have time to waste and I donāt want your little balls! Poor service

Worst experience ever first of all the customer service is ridiculous. The two girls that were working tonight. Weāre very very disrespectful and very rude. I had asked them to replace my hashbrowns because they were as solid as a rock and cold, and they proceeded to gossip last and talk very negatively about me as a customer.

Disgusting service! The woman making the coffee was very sick, coughing into her shirt. When I mentioned to the cashier who actually forgot to take my money so I had to remind me ( he thanked me), the woman who was sick started laughing with the other women there at me.I am elderly and have a difficult time walking.I left a tip before this happened.I even asked the woman if she was sick. It was obvious she was and had no business handling people's food! She said no in a low voice almost inaudible.I have been coming to this Dunkin Donuts very often. I have never been treated in such a rude and crude manner as I was today.I am helping these young people put food on their table!I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!!P.S. In my younger years, I was a manager at a Dunkin Donuts. If I ever heard an employee speaking rudely to a customer or laughing at a customer, which none of the employees who worked under me ever did, they would be fired on the spot.Also my employees were sent home if they were sick.My advice is don't waste your hard earned money at this Dunkin Donuts!I will be speaking with corporate tomorrow regarding this matter, don't you worry.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Dunkin in Ochopee. Despite the operating hours displayed, the store closed early, and the gentleman at the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He lied about the closing time and began shutting down the store with metal gates while we were still present. When I tried to inquire about the hours, he became aggressive and even demanded me to stop recording, despite being outside Dunkin property. I would never recommend this location to anyone and urge customers to avoid this rude and dishonest establishment at all costs.
