Take your normal Dunkin', and knock a star off for service and atmosphere. Staff is non-engaged and performs their job, but never even a smile and muttered their responses. Coffee was not good. Donuts almost make up for the burnt-tasting coffee. Busy plaza with a lot going on, including kids going bananas.

This rest area is currently under construction, but still functional. To access the bathrooms, use the second or third door near the main Dunkin’ entrance—signs are clearly posted. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. It’s a convenient and pleasant stop despite the ongoing work.

Very rude employees. Ignored us standing there while watching cartoons on their cell phone giggling like a bunch of kids. She wouldn't even make eye contact with us taking our order because she had her phone playing cartoon in front of the keyboard. Do better ladies.!

Went here 2 hours ago (in the late afternoon early evening so like 4 pm ish) the ladies there had donuts for sale from that morning. Wtf. Make some new donuts and throw the old ones out. I walked in with it after i took a bite it was hard as a rock. Squeezed it in one hand, didnt even flex (RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM, to show them.). Young lady just goes "sorry!" Didnt offer to make new ones.
This is pure laziness!!!!!!!! And is TOTALLY not food safe!

I ordered a medium cappuccino and they served me half of the cup of coffee. I asked them if that was supposed to be just that half of the cup and a rude woman barked from the back “ you ordered a cappuccino, that’s less coffee and more foam” ??♂️
