They offer a unique menu featuring gator tail, which is said to have its own distinct taste and is a must-try. The Ahi Tuna is also flavorful. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a swimming area and sandy beach nearby. Visitors can arrive by land or water, and there is a dedicated boat area for parking. The food is good and the restaurant sits right on Lake Weir. It is an older building, kind of down home. The price's were fair, and the service was good. They enjoyed their visit, and was real pleased with how their fish was prepared. Be aware of the Boat-trailer Grackles, as they are known for snatching food.
