Went there on 4/12/2026. Had a fish sandwich platter. It was very good and fresh. Had key lime pie for dessert that was pretty good. The waitress by contrast, had a bad attitude and gave my friend incorrect change. I may not return to this place just because of the attitude. There is another restaurant on the other side of the lake with better food and better servers.
Service was terrible, and food quality was very inconsistent for our party of four (including one who owns a restaurant). Server rolled her eyes at simple requests, and did not check back to see if the food was okay. Gator bite appetizer was good, as was grilled salmon salad. The other three entrees were mediocre at best, and only half-eaten. Won't be returning.
This is the second time we visit this place. This time our server was very distant, didn’t stop to check on us. Asked to refill my coffee cup and her answer was when I get time. We were twelve people all together. We all were having to wait a long time for her to return with our first refill. On my third cup of coffee I asked and she brought it right away, no creamer.
