This location is directly across the street from a Twistee Treat that had at least 2 dozen people standing at the walk-up windows and easily 20 cars lined up at the drive thru. Andy’s: no one was in the drive-thru and only 1 person was at the walk up window. We used the drive thru. A sign on the drive up menu read “place your order at the pick up window.” We want to the pick up window and waited about 5 minutes before three people came running from the back of the shop and apologized for the weight and took our order. We ordered two large malts for total of $18.98. For this price, I would expect to get a large malt and taste the malt. I didn’t taste any malt. Their large is a medium across the street at Twistee Treat. It was a disappointment. This was our second time trying Andy’s. Last time We waited at least 10 minutes after ordering to get our order. We won’t go back a third time.

Last night 8/28/24 I had the best dessert shop experience I’ve ever had. The custard and the toppings & menu are amazing. But the staff there is top tier. Unfortunately I’m terrible with names and didn’t write them down. But the young lady that came to take my order was super sweet and attentive to my indecisiveness & my desires. The two gentlemen inside were beyond star employees and were great humans for their all around hospitality. I didn’t feel like a customer, I fuelt like a guest. I’d write forever but I think I’m going to drive over there and get more custard now. Thanks Andy’s

Too good. That’s all I have to say, this place is too good.
I know a lot of the reviews are complaining about their custard being soft/melted but that’s because when you get their jackhammer, they fill that middle part up with hot fudge (which I love).
If you’re a peanut butter lover, you need to try their James brownie funky jackhammer because it does not disappoint.
The staff here are extremely friendly and the layout of the location is really open making it easy for big parties of people to order and hang around.
I wish there were a place closer to me, I’d be here 24/7!
