The best Dunkin around in the Orlando area (I come from New England, I’m picky about my Dunks). Customer service is always on point and the drinks come perfect every time. My wife loves the Cookies ‘n’ Crème milkshake and has yet to stray from her favorite order!

This place is ran by kids, tried placing an order 4 times and she was still getting it wrong then when I got to the window the "sundae" that I ordered was just 2 scoops of ice cream that's it nothing else put on it, and the milkshake literally was just ice cream and water. No please no thank you nothing except an eyeroll when you ask for a receipt and they couldn't provide one. I still feel like I was punked. Never going back and letting family and friends know not to use that location either. Waste of time and money.

No recommended, I dont mind pay 7 or 8 dollars for a chocoloate milk shake if is done properly with icecream, ohh no this was to much to ask, they used chocolocate corn sirup to color and flavor a white base cream, to made the shake ,really? I dont need to go to Baskin Robin for that, at McDonalds Checkers , BurguerKing, etc I can get it for half the price. Jam that universal ingredient for sandwiches, well no way to be found , they remove it from theirs sandwiches.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The petite African American girl working the drive through at 5:15pm 4/30 should be fired. I got a single scoop and thought it would come in a normal cone since I didn't ask for a cup. I asked for it in a cone and offered to pay the difference if there was one and she acted like the world ended. Than she just hands me a cone without putting the ice cream it. How has the owner not changed something. All reviews from the past year are 1 stars.... Avoid this location!

Horrible customer service tonight around 7:30 pm 3/30/24. Two employees and they acted like they were bothered we came in. I took my family to visit because they've never had Baskin Robbins, I was embarrassed I hyped up the place. They were also out of at least 4 different flavors. Your best bet is to go to a local private owned ice cream shop. What a disappointment ?

After waiting almost 10 minutes for an employee to serve us we had to wait 15 more minutes for them to give us the drinks that didn't even have any flavor, unfortunately I don't recommend it

Two golf ball sized scoops of ice cream was almost $10, the place was filthy, had to ask what all of the flavors were because the little labels were all messed up. Never again, that was disgusting!!! I should’ve demanded my money back!

Had a handful of flavors laid out. We were told the freezers upfront weren’t working but they had all the ice cream in the back. Started to order and when we did, the lady at the front tried to serve us ice cream from the broken freezers. Do not recommend!
