Very horrible experience First of all, they have you wait at first window to help their time look good had me Wait until to proceed to window two after seven minutes when I got my food, the order was wrong, and then they had a problem replacing food with the correct item, and when I asked for the correction that I paid for it came with a lot of attitude and mouth as if no one can hear them Children unprofessional

You better have a ton of patience to go to this location or any Burger King it seems. We wait here 30 minutes on average, every time. So it is definitely not fast food any more. You better check your bag too if you get multiple meals bc they will forget something! Oh and now DoorDash orders are more important than the people in the drive through so that’s their excuse now for leaving a car in the drive thru that long wasting our gas for mobile orders smh.

Sloooooooooow adds service. Drive through at the first window I have waiting almost 15 minutes just to pay at a location with zero customers. Not a word spoken after the order was taken.

I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by what happened during my daughter’s recent visit to this Burger King location. She ordered a whopper (no pickles no onions), burger still had pickles and onions and as she got to the very last bite, she felt something unusual in her mouth — it turned out to be a folded piece of paper inside the food.
This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. I tried contacting the store directly but received no answer. At the very least, I expected a refund AND an apology or acknowledgment, but instead, I’ve been met with silence.
This experience has made me lose trust in the quality control at this location, and I sincerely hope this matter is investigated to prevent it from happening to anyone else. I have photos and documentation of what occurred and will be reporting it to the proper health authorities if I don’t hear back soon.
