Sloooooooooow adds service. Drive through at the first window I have waiting almost 15 minutes just to pay at a location with zero customers. Not a word spoken after the order was taken.

I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by what happened during my daughter’s recent visit to this Burger King location. She ordered a whopper (no pickles no onions), burger still had pickles and onions and as she got to the very last bite, she felt something unusual in her mouth — it turned out to be a folded piece of paper inside the food.
This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. I tried contacting the store directly but received no answer. At the very least, I expected a refund AND an apology or acknowledgment, but instead, I’ve been met with silence.
This experience has made me lose trust in the quality control at this location, and I sincerely hope this matter is investigated to prevent it from happening to anyone else. I have photos and documentation of what occurred and will be reporting it to the proper health authorities if I don’t hear back soon.

Went today June 8th idk who is working the night shift in the drive thru but the lady caught an attitude just because i told her my order, she said wait a moment then like 3 min later i heard her say how can i help you i told her i had a coupon then she starts yellow “ I TOLD YOU TO GIVE ME A MOMENT” i drove off and left once i passed the windows from the drive thru NOBODY WAS EVEN THERE NO COOK AND NO FRONTLINE WORKER idk where she was at or what she was doing but there was not one customer so for even making me hold was ridiculous, if you dont want to work stay home find yourself a different job with a different attitude adjustment clearly this lady is not fit for customer service

Drive thru & diner service is extremely slow. There is barely anyone ever there , so I’m not sure why the wait is so long. It has happened way too many times. I left drive thru & went to McDonalds right down the street & they took my order right away.

I had a Mobile order for pick up. Waited in the Drive Thru for about 20mins to be service for just pick up. I came in thinking my order was ready. Waiting another hour 10mins standing there no one ask if I needed help. When I finally spoke up and ask about my mobile order it was just placed in! I end up leaving and had to cancel my mobile order. I really don’t understand what’s the point of a mobile order if most times they don’t have nothing ready. Lady on the front taking orders was taking her sweet time making everyone happy sit. She was ignoring and not caring of people were there standing waiting for a while. Very disappointed that I drove there and wait be ignore and at the end had to go because I was on my lunch break. So waited and order for nothing! Smh very slow and unpleasant
