Recently have been for the 2 whopper Jr deal. Most times it seems like they are slightly under staffed. But the workers are always pleasant and working hard. One gentleman is especially kind and hardworking. He has a short beard I believe black gentleman, give that guy a raise, he is exceptional.

We did 2 mobile orders. Upon arriving, we were told that they were out of chocolate shakes and coffee, so a vanila shake and Oreo shake were offered. We did not recieved the shakes until after we finished our food inside and were on our way out of the restaurant. It appeared that they only had one cook and one counter employee. I dont blame them but the consistently poor management of this facility. The floor needed cleaning, the restaurant needed staffing, and they need someone who knows how to keep food products stocked. They were also out of salt. They have the crowns but look at my frown.

This is the third and last time I’ll ever come here … the manager (black lady ) so belittling and rude while she isn’t doing her job and in the parking lot talking while she’s supposed to be on front counter ….Comes back and asks my order for pickup, and says that can’t be at this store when it was sitting right in front of her and then proceeds to belittle me further. I haven’t experienced this kind of disrespect before from a woman old enough to be my mother. I am forgiving but this is her second time treating me this way. She needs another job. Shouldn’t work around people.

I don’t eat here, but I pick up Uber Eats delivery orders and the afternoon/night time workers here are very friendly and nice. They make conversation to cheer up customers and are very kind hearted.

So, we are suckers for thinking the *next order* wont be messed up like the last one. We hit the drive thru, right away we were waited on. Went to the 1st window and paid, 2nd window asked us to pull around while they were making the burgers. Did not wait very long before a very nice woman came out with our food. We have never had a bad interaction with any of the employees here, they have all been very friendly towards us. Get home and cant wait to try the mushroom, swiss melt that looked awesome! I shouldve stuck to my whopper with cheese! One bun was whiter then me and believe me, thats hard to do!! The other bun had some brown on the one side. The whole idea of a melt is that its like a grilled cheese, greasy and crunchy and oh so delicious...well, this was NOT it! There were 2 patties, swiss and some mushrooms. I dont think there was an extra sauce because it was on the dry side. All in all, it didnt hold up to the idea of what I thought it would taste like. I ate the whole thing and it wasnt too terrible just a bit disappointing. Maybe next time it will be better!!

I ordered an onion ring and fries. They thought I had onion ring ask for the dripping sauce and was charged to find out I had no onion rings they gave me fries. Please check your bag before leaving.

Went in around 730 pm there was no one at the counter and after waiting, went to another Burger King on Silverstar Road in Ocoee, the same problem, I guess I see why Burger has lost so much sales, there's no one to handle the counter.
