The staff treated us like family. They had us laughing so much, we sat at the bar around 9am on saturday. The Rye bread was the best I have ever tasted . I asked where they got it from and said a bakery in downtown orlando. A bread i'd fresh from bakery:) Corned beef hash well done crispy was delicious the best I ever had !!! Thank you Carlos Diner . Can't wait to try the new Valentines menu ♥️

Best little diner you could ask for. Food is amazing, service is great, and the price is phenomenal. We love breakfast here on the weekends, their specials are always an amazing deal. We recently tried lunch here as well and I can tell you the burgers are very good, with that home cooked vibe. I also tried their Dagwood sandwich which was so good.
