The young lady that took my order was super rude. She had a black hat on. She didn’t address me kindly and I’m assuming was having a hard time in the sun. Didn’t give me my order total couldn’t see the screen processed to bend down in frustration when she couldn’t see the screen and say “oh my god”. Left not sure I even got the right order. When the line started to move up she just walked away without saying anything I guess expecting me to follow her but I was in the middle of speaking. Seems to need more training or a different job!

I had the chicken strips meal, and I enjoyed it! The server was super friendly and polite, which made the experience even better. The food was delicious, and the wait time was just right. They are incredibly efficient, and I appreciate that so much!
It is completely ridiculous that they are closed on a Sunday in 2025!

While the service and feel of this place are great, the food has slowly slid in quality over the last few years. I've lived in the area for over 17 years and was here when this location became popular. I now regularly choose to visit the Winter Garden Village location over this one due to the quality of the food here. Fries are barely salted, the chicken is barely breaded, some of the staff are less than friendly, and it just feels like it's lot the special touch this location once had.
Parking: Parking is difficult to find due to the layout of this restaurant, you will likely find yourself waiting in the drive thru line just to gain access to a parking spot in the lot.
Nuggets were tiny. It is the first Chick-fil-A at which we had to wait on drive through to get the order. They were rather slow, with almost no customers.

This fast food chain has the drive through and preparation of food orders down to a scientific timeline. I drive in, order, pay, by the time I get to the window and change my music, food is ready. Unbelievably amazing service. So much so I no longer go to other lookalike places.

I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on Clarina Ocoee W. Colonial Dr. and had an extremely disappointing experience. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, which is far beyond what I expect from a fast food establishment. To make matters worse, the lady who took my order did not do so properly and seemed to have an attitude. I was left completely ignored in my vehicle with no updates on my order, so I had to raise my voice and ask another worker to check on it. The lack of attention to customer service here was frustrating, especially when I’m used to the excellent service at Chick-fil-A locations in West Palm Beach. I really think the staff at this location could benefit from some serious customer service training to improve the experience for future customers.
