Let me start off saying. I rarely do reviews. I actually don’t come to chipotle but let me say. I have NEVER seen someone so overworked. Devon was visibly having such a long day. But He was amazing, service was great. The cook was horrible. He wasn’t helpful. Anything Devon would ask for he would catch an attitude and say he doesn’t have meanwhile a girl was bringing everything out of the back to come and restock. I just wanna say that that poor kid was doing probably four people‘s jobs and still doing it with a smile on his face being respectful to customers me personally idk if I could do that so I just think that if anybody should be appreciated in that establishment it’s Devon and if I were to ever come back, it would be so that he could serve me Amazing 10 out of 10 I really do think he is what a star employee would be.

UPDATE 7/28/25: So it's been two weeks since my first visit and I went back to the location again. Still shortstaffed when it was right before lunch but only a few folks were waiting for service and only one guy was really working the front. Others were cleaning and doing prep that should have probably been done before then. Plus someone doing cleaning the lobby area left a broom/dustpan right in front of the area where folks line up while placing their orders. I told the guy behind the counter that was a tripping hazard and he quickly removed it. Not sure what is going on at this place. The folks work hard here to keep things moving but whomever is running it needs to hire more people.
Good food and friendly people working but they were shortstaffed. They actually had no steak at the time. The grill was full of chicken and then they were going to make steak. Not the fault of those working but it is the fault of those who staff this place. But they always seem to have excuses.

Fontaine drink not ice.so can'tget drink to hot ..service take for ever...we was was 3 persons on line
Third one then waiting for next one and then for next one..all place arrived by register and waiting for more time for next and next....why we don't take one customer to beginning to end without made them waiting for someone next to you than you not even with..why we refilling rice chicken bucket not even empty when you got line...poor management..not recommend .

There were 6 employees there, 2 standing around doing nothing while there were 5 trashed tables in the seating area. A general vibe of not caring or just there to cater to Uber eats or door dash customers

First time to this location and wasn't a good experience. The tables and floor were dirty. Bathroom wasn't clean at all. Looked like a gas station bathroom. To top things off they had no ice and said they have not had ice for 4 days. How is this possible ? Poor impression ! Someone from Lanagement needs to clean this place out.

Wednesday evening at 9:30 pm, we were told as we entered that they were out of cheese! Not only were they out of Cheese they have already stopped cooking and were cleaning up to leave for the evening, store hours are till 11 pm. Poor planning and management on this Wednesday evening 7/2/25
Sad that a new business can’t do well with poor management problems.

Extremely Disappointed – Found Hair in My Food & Poor Hygiene Standards.
I went to the Chipotle in Ocoee with my family of four, expecting a normal meal, but what we got instead was absolutely disgusting. We found a long hair in the food, and when I looked around, I noticed that most of the staff weren’t even wearing proper hair coverings. It was clear that hygiene is not being taken seriously at this location.
What made it even worse was how the situation was handled. The manager didn’t apologize at all. No concern, no accountability just a casual, “I can make you another plate,” as if this wasn’t a serious health issue. That’s not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable.
We didn’t come here for free food or a do-over. We came for a clean, safe meal for our family, and we left disgusted and angry. Chipotle needs to do better, especially when it comes to basic food safety and customer service.
Until I see some clear changes at this location—like staff wearing proper hairnets and managers who actually care. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Such a poorly ran chipotle. I was next in line to check out and the cashier walks away and says she’ll be right with you (the employee serving food) so I had to wait for her to finish the line then come check me out as the first employee went to the back to do online orders. I don’t understand the concept behind that or what the manager is even doing here, it’s consistently the same issues here.

Came in half an hour before close and they didn’t have any meat other than chicken, no guacamole, no fajitas, and no sour cream. I understand they wanna go home when they close but not even having food available is crazy.
I haven’t been here in awhile. I finally go in to a new staff. The new heavy set guy was extremely rude with all the customers. He stopped the line for 20 min until it was wrapped outside to fulfill online orders I’m assuming. He gets to me and messes up my order, I asked can he make another one without corn, he said NO. I’m like what did you say. he said I said no. I then asked to make another I would pay for it. He made and threw it towards the register. Completely unacceptable!!! I wouldn’t recommended this ghetto establishment.
