Mexican grill? I've come to realize that most places don't even have a Mexican working and so I thought shouldn't they change the name? It's a shame. I never know what will happen, whether the food will be done right, whether the bowl will be filled properly or whether or not you're dealing with an employee who is just lazy, slow and miserable. Honestly from when chipotle launched as a first customer to what it has become is a disappointment and a disgrace to the corporate brand. I have decided to not go anymore and I am encouraged to tell everyone I know to do the same. My future prediction is that unless operations change, chipotle will be a failure and close.
This review is addressed to DISTRICT MGR. what is WRONG with this location?
1. Why employees looks so unhappy. IS the working environment that bad in chipotle? They don't smile and don't look eager to help. I have been going to this location for last year or so and last few months, I noticed and didn't say anything about it until THIS LAST FRIDAY. CASHIER is TEXTING on their cellphone and speaking to customers at the same time.
2. FOOD QUALITY is gone down. Rice taste dry and doesn't have flavor. I got burnt chicken leftover in my bowl. Girl never said let me get a fresh chicken bowl and serve you.
3. WHY Chipotle is SKIMMPING ON CHEESE AND SALSA in order? I KNOW EGGS PRICES HAVE GONE UP but all the other prices are same or down in supermarket.
I hope you look at this issues and address it. I did file a complaint to Chipotle last Friday because i threw the food away. I can't eat burnt and dry chicken taste.

Good food, but chips were stale. Defintly not the normal Chipotle fresh. This restraunt must be cutting corners. I have eaten at at least 50 different Chipotle restaurants all around the USA, and this is the only one that serves stale chips. I wonder if this is a management directed decision.
Have been here multiple times, One time I went a black female manager was cleaning counters, wiping food off the line, proceeded to put stuff in the trash and push the garbage down then goes to heat up my tortilla all with the same gloves then got an attitude when i asked her to remake it with clean gloves, Came another time had a big order man was so impatient and had the audacity to tell me I was “needy” I wanted my bowl a certain way and he proceeded to tell me “does it matter” um yes?? If I’m paying so what.. pls fix customer service skills. Let along the cash register lady tell me I can only used 1 reward which is an absolute lie then catches an attitude because I told her tht wasn’t correct because I always do it. my most recent visits have made me not want to come bck

Ordered a bowl to go with a side of guacamole and they literally gave me an avocado pit. Contacted customer service and they wouldn’t refund nor replace it. Also apparently it’s a problem to ask for extra toppings now. Never encountered this at any other location. Depending on the server you get you either will luck up and have the right serving size the first try, or have to ask for more of the same thing 3 or 4 times. It’s never really packed, but somehow the dining area and drink station is always disgusting. Save your time and money and just go to Qdoba!

Worst Customer service. . Placed a mobile order arrived at the pick up times and order was not ready. After waiting 20 minutes , I was told it would be another 20 minutes. After complaining, I was told to get in the in store order and place my order again for faster service. This turned out to be an additional 15-20 minutes. There is no system in place, they had one person working on 20 mobile orders and 5 people on the front line. Worst service ever and management was not empathetic at all.

Today their short staffed and its not the first and it's becoming ridiculous. They need to stop the online orders because there's a line to the door and I've been here for 30mins and people who walked in at the same time just received their orders (walk in orders) and I'm still waiting for my online order. Management needs to get this resolved or the manager of this establishment needs to be changed.

I love coming to this location now. In the past the staff was cold, and they did not put enough meat on my food. I am do happy they have a nice staff and there is a good amount of chicken on my tacos 🌮
I went there to take delivery but when i asked one of the co-workers about my order she stared at me like i said something wrong to her and she went back to the kitchen without responding. I like Chipotle but these rude employees needs to be retrained.

This place is terrible. Always have to wait several minutes to get anyone's attention to tell them my name to pick up an order out of the back that I've been staring at the whole time. I'd understand if it was busy but usually empty when I'm there.

My first time at this location. We purchased burrito bowls with chicken. The chicken in both bowls was at least 1/3 fat and grissle -- really not much chicken! I will go to one of the locations in Apopka from now on 😩

I live in Jacksonville FL and have two Chipotle restaurants within five miles of my home. One of the two is in walking distance. Neither of these location or any other in Jacksonville compare to my experience here. The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent and the food was the best I've ever had from a Chipotle on the east coast or west coast. I was pleased with the quality of the preparation, serving and taste of the food. It tasted as if the employees and manager took pride in what they do. 👍🏽👍🏽❤
