Food was good not enough choices to pick but pizzas were on the buffet frequently. Hopefully once COVID ends things will go back to normal. If you are on budget for dinning with kids this is the place to be.

The food was cold the only good thing was the salad

When the owner is there, the place is A1. When the other manager is there, the attention is lacking.

It was very clean and pretty empty because of the coronavirus. Also not alot of pizza selection unless you ask for one you want made down side they didnt have any water to give had to purchase a water bottle.

Not the same anymore. Only about 4 or 5 pizza's to choose from and no special orders.

They denied me and my family front entering because my disabilities prevent me from wearing a mask. That's actually prejudice and illegal. Same thing for you to deny me when I have a therapy dog because you think animals are unsanitary. When in fact the laws protect me against that because of my health. This is so sad. I will never eat here again nor will my family.

First time coming to this location on W Colonial Dr. and I am highly impressed with the cleaniness, hot food and great staff. They are requiring for gloves to be worn when you pick up food, food is continuously being rotated to bring in more fresh and hot food and tables are listed as “Table closed” to comply with social distancing. The manager on duty Rob was beyond friendly to every person walking into the establishment greeting them ( three people by name His regulars) and also helping his staff members clean and rotate food. We will certainly be returning to this Cici’s location.

If u have a request they make sure to make it fresh. No issues
My family loves pizza and with a business that jumped on the buffet wagon, you would expect great things, right? No, I wasn't impressed. The pizza, in and of itself, was cold, We joked how even the kids could make a frozen pizza better than Cici's. When new pizza came out (from the mysterious back room), they would take the cold pizza left over from the previous pizza tin and put it right on top the hot. There was no creative genius making the next pizza. The salad bar was a safe feature with the usual characters like olives, cucumber, mushrooms, etc. The ambience lead to noisy, screaming kids followed by overtired parents yelling at said kids to come eat their pizza. Overall, the experience was like stopping in at your local 7/11, grab a cold piece of pizza, throwing it into the microwave, for a no fuss/no muss quick lunch. In truth, the reason we went to Cicis was because my grandson's youth group went there a couple nights before. He DID say this was NOT the one he went to. Therefore, this commentary is based on one Cici's rather than a general opinion of them all. The cleanliness factor was a 4 stars because of the bathrooms with paper strewn about, out of toilet paper, and some mysterious stains on floor and walls. In final, not a good choice for my family for a Sunday lunch but will reserve further comment until the opportunity arrives to try another franchise.

It was ok....it could've been better if the games we're actually working for the kids to enjoy.

Pretty solid pizza place. They have a happy hour now. 8$ per person in a set time at this location on 50

They no longer have cups for water. You have to purchase bottled water for .29 cents. Their water spigot on the drink machine is dismantled so you can't refill your water bottle. The cinnamon rolls need more cinnamon and icing.

Friendly staff and have always had a quick turnover on the buffet. They do great keeping pizza on the buffet when they have an increase of customers.
