I had the BEST customer service from Makena. I called the store about my order that I placed online. She was so pleasant and kind on the phone with me and then when I received my delivery she had a little note in there telling me she hopes I enjoy my treat. I frequent this store and she was by far the most pleasant person who works there. Thank you Makena for showing me that there really are kind people still in the world

Visited twice in the last week! Both times the employees were trying their best to keep the line moving but indecisive customers slowed things down. Can't fault the employees for that! Everyone was friendly and it all tasted delicious! Waffle cones were fresh!

What a horrible service!!!! Austin was the "manager" on duty and the other girl with this "manager" had a disgusting attitude, they even said for us to leave when they didn't even gave me my order! They had Ayvon training (which he was very kind) and they were not even showing him how to do things. I'm never coming back here. Horrible employees

I recently hired the Cold Stone Creamery team from Ocoee, Florida, for my 16-year-old's birthday party, and they were outstanding. The team arrived on time, set up swiftly, and served a large group of teenagers with great efficiency and a friendly demeanor. Their ability to create custom ice cream concoctions impressed everyone, and they were adept at managing dietary restrictions too.A special shout-out to Confidence, who was amazing in her communication and superb in her delivery, ensuring everything went smoothly. The whole experience was delightful, thanks to the professionalism and enthusiasm of the Cold Stone team. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and for making the party memorable.

Horrible customer service they were more busy sitting in the stock room then taking care of the customers. As I read the rest of the reviews it a ongoing problem. Smh you should really train your staff to at least care a little bit. Don't see myself returning.

I set my daughter-in-law to go get me a little banana split. I get it you have your own version your own at least put some bananas and ice cream all I got was a bunch of Cool Whip. And you might want to teach the little ladies in there a little teamwork besides one person trying to learn how to do everything reading the book didn't help them either how to make a banana split.
