With all due respect to the Denny’s chain, I’m giving this location 1 star so that management pays attention to what’s happening here. We gathered as a large group, and I convinced everyone to go to Denny’s because it’s my favorite place for great steaks. Was... During lunchtime on a weekend, the restaurant was empty! That was immediately a red flag. The host at the entrance was not welcoming. They were out of beef, which meant no steaks and, consequently, half of the menu was unavailable—anything that included beef. There was only one cook in the kitchen, so we waited a very long time for our food. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff was just sitting around at one of the tables. Out of the 9 dishes we ordered, 2 came out wrong. My salmon was terribly oversalted. In the end, the same unfriendly and uninterested host refused to apply our mobile app discount until we showed her a physical card. This place is a disgrace to the Denny’s brand. Next time, I’ll think twice about going to Denny’s or choosing a place where people actually work hard and take pride in their jobs.

Cutlery wrapped in a napkin for one to eat, if I don't look closely, they were dirty. The site looks dirty or unkempt. A rush for one to pay and leave. I really won't be coming back :(

I went to this location today. Service was slow and it was just not the best experience as in the past.
I'm normally very pleased with the service and food so I chose to come here with my son to celebrate Christmas Eve. I understand that it was a busy night but it was so understaffed that we got there at 10pm, waited to be seated, then waited 20 or more minutes for just our coffee and water. After another thirty minutes of waiting to be asked for our order that never happened we left hungry. The poor 2 servers and only one cook were scrambling in trying to get people's orders and food plus the pick up orders. The manager should have planned for more personnel for such a busy evening. Very disappointing.
