I’m not writing this review to be rude or to accuse but I came through this drive through on 12/3/2024. I ordered a medium iced French vanilla latte with almond milk and I’m pretty sure, regular cows milk was used instead of almond milk, it tasted a lot creamier and now my breast feeding child is having a reaction. I’ve recently figured out my child has a dairy sensitivity and whenever I have dairy and it passes through my breast milk into her it makes her really sick. Now I have been up with a baby all night who has been sick and neither of us has gotten any sleep. My point in this review is to educate on why it is so important to adhere to allergen request, I’ve been a barista I know it’s hard and mistakes happen but my baby doesn’t deserve to suffer because someone else didn’t do their job properly. I hope that the managers will see this and bring it to their staff and encourage them to really pay attention to allergen request next time.

I refrained from leaving a review for this Dunkin for a long time as its the only “good” one on the area. However it really depends on which day you go and who is working there. Today I went in and ordered the same thing I always get a coffee, a bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough with white cheddar and hash browns. However the lady making my food didnt toast the bread very long, didnt put the white cheddar on and hardly cooked the hash browns. To top it off, I took one sip of my coffee and it was extremely weak to the point that I added instant coffee to make it better. This location dropped the ball more than they ever have and I blame the employees 100%. I would hate to see this Dunkin' turn into the one on Silver Star rd.

This is the only Dunkin by far that makes my iced coffee taste AH-MAZING! It's the perfect amount of cream, sweetener, and coffee combo. The other locations need to learn how to make drinks from here!!! The crew is helpful, nice, and quick. The ladies there have been there awhile and always remember me even if it's been awhile. On a side note Dunkin has the BEST pumpkin flavor of any coffee shop hands down. Kudos to the team there you all are on point!! Thank you all!!!

This place is run like a tight ship. The people working there are friendly as hell, they get things done and serve you with a smile that doesn't feel forced. Great Dunkin.
Went through drive through ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Got to my job and it was a plain bagel. Called store and was put on hold for a long time with no response. Very disappointed.

I arrived at this location on 6/24/24 at around 10:15 Am I planned on getting a large coffee, a few sandwiches, and maybe 2 donuts. All I heard at the drive thru was "go ahead wid your order"... no greeting.. no hello..good morning...NOTHING. the customer service was terrible... I decided to LEAVE and not order anything. They're acting as if I'm bothering them...how dare I come there and try to order food at 10 AM on a Monday morning.. smh..whoever is running this place needs to clean house immediately and start over. ? I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn't value me as a customer.
Got an Iced Caramel Macchiato. Was pretty good ngl.
