This is my favorite Dunkin in Orlando area. They are truly the nicest people. I’ve been coming here for 4 years a few times a month each morning. Coffee is perfect and the service is exceptional.

I cannot say enough about the owner, Lynette. She went above and beyond when I was there last week and had an unfortunate incident happen. She stopped what she was doing on a busy morning to help me. I have seen her there for many, many years, and admired her work ethic and professionalism. Now, I add sincere, kind and considerate, far beyond my expectation! Try to avoid this dunkin in the afternoon. Been twice after 2pm and they've been closed... after I placed my mobile order. Which means they allow mobile orders despite being physically closed before the site says they're closed...
It wasn't good . They were having conversations over the drive through while talking to us. We asked for the cocoa mocha and caramel crazy both are bitter and unsweetened . Gross .

I’ve been going to Dunkin in general for many many many years in many different states and cities but I have never ever had as good of service and friendliness as I did just now at this location! Unfortunately the woman working at the window didn’t have a name tag on so I’m not sure of her name but she was the nicest, warmest, just genuinely welcoming. 11/10 best experience

One of the cleanest, fanciest looking dunkin donuts I've been in. The staff was friendly, one of them walked past us without saying anything to get the cashier to take our order, but the experience was overall a good one.

This Dunkin is the best one we have been too! They were so nice and everything was great! We actually were going to go to the other Ocoee one but they were not very nice. So happy we gave it a second chance down the road! Kids were happy!
