The Dunkin' restaurant has a tall, friendly white staff member with dreadlocks who is known for his exceptional service and for remembering customers. However, there have been recent issues with the drive-thru, where the staff has been focusing on resetting the service time clock instead of providing quality service. On a positive note, the coffee has improved, and a recent visit revealed a clean bathroom, tasty egg and sausage sandwich, and helpful staff. The rewards app is now being considered for future visits.
