Idk why we keep going back. I guess lack of close, quick breakfast options, but every other visit is a disappointment. My husband is lactose intolerant and we always order no cheese on our sandwiches but somehow they still have it most of the time and we have to get them remade. I have no idea how they prepare the bagel sandwiches because they are always kind of firm, but this morning the bagel had parts that were literally as hard as a rock. Almost like they microwaved it and left it for a little too long? They're good for th sugary coffee drinks if that's what you're after but a regular latter is really bad. We never have any issues with the doughnuts, those are always good, but outside of that, we may stop going to Dunkin altogether.

I went to this place to try to get a job this women I know said she really wanted to hire me I been waiting like almost a week I am done applying to this place do not go looking for a job here they won’t respond back to you also there very rude they hang up the phone in your face when you trying to check your application as a supervisor not even me would give back bad experience but I am today

Longest place!!!!!!! If you are available for an hour to queue, you can go there. But if you don't have that time available, never buy it. I spent more than 40 minutes waiting to have my breakfast. Where is the manager? Are we going to improve service efficiency?

Went to this Dunkin on 11/3 and the line was wrapped around the store and not moving for a good 30 minutes. When we finally went to order we asked the worker to repeat our order as she wasn’t paying attention to us so there wouldn’t be any mistakes at the window and she sighed because she had to repeat it for us. Then when we get to the window the worker Adrianna was talking to her coworker about how she is in a rush to leave because of her baby daddy issues. Usually this place runs smoothly but today just awful experience!
It was a pleasant experience definitely going back. The workers there took care of my order it was a very pleasant experience to have them help me.

I purchase an assorted dozen donuts for my team at work about once or twice a month and every time, without fail, they give us the oldest and worst looking donuts. We'll definitely be looking for another option now.

If something is on the menu, I expect to get it because it is in fact…. ON THE MENU. Apparently they close at 6 instead of 8 because I wanted the snackin bacon and couldn’t get it because they “cleaned their oven”. Huhhh?? I mean thank you for cleaning. But if a customer wants what’s on the menu well within business hours, it should be sold. It’s unacceptable. Clean the oven again because it seems very lacy. Especially 2 hours prior to closing. Do better DD.

The cashier advised they weren't able to scan Dunkin apps at this time. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location, no problems with it at any other locations. Irritating.
