Used to get great service here. Today I tried to order a lemonade refresher and asked them to do half the amount of lemonade and and the other half portion plain water and they wouldn’t do it because they said it wouldn’t taste right despite me saying it was because the lemonade is too sour. Not sure why they couldn’t figure out how to do half lemonade pour instead of a full lemonade pour. Then my daughter got a vanilla frosted with sprinkle and when I looked at the donut it just looked like sprinkles were on top and no vanilla frost

Three items were ordered a drink and two sandwiches and they took 42 minutes to get me the order for those three items and there were people who came in way after me ordered and got their order before me prioritizing the people who order first should be the main goal in this case it wasn’t I used to love coming in here, but not anymore.

I’m not sure what’s going on at Dunkin lately, but at two separate locations I’ve asked for a Chai with no ice because it waters the drink down and both times I was told, “It’s our policy, you have to have ice.” That makes absolutely no sense. I politely explained that I didn’t want ice, and the employee still insisted while being dismissive. If that really is a policy, it’s a pretty ridiculous one, and if it’s not, the customer service needs some serious improvement.

Not even sure where to start because this store has a lot of problems. First of all for some reason I can never order the sourdough breakfast sandwich here because it says they don’t have bacon for it yet all the other sandwiches that come with bacon are available with it. All the tables inside the dining area are wobbly and dirty 24/7. The employees are extremely slow here and it always takes forever to receive your order. Lastly, out of all Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to(and I’ve been to a lot) this one requires a key to use the bathroom, which I consider an inconvenience.

This used to be my go-to for my work week routine, but over the last 6 months, wait times and errors seem to be increasing for the morning runs. Messier cups and wraps, too. If you’re a dark roast drinker, it’s probably faster and more efficient to skip, particularly if you like things neat.

Nicole was my Service rep or employee that ran the drive-through on July 4, 2025 at 5:52 PM and because I decided to make a change to my order at the window she told me I had to go all the way around when there was nobody in the drive-through and there was nobody in the store as a customer so unfortunately, this is the Duncan where I live so I do go back for coffee, but the service is so garbage
This is probably the worst Dunkin in the world. Staff is rude. The staff can’t get the orders right but yet upset when you ask them to fix it. It took 20 minutes to get a refresher and a croissant. I leave and work in Ocoee and I love my Dunkin donut but I can tell you I would never come to this location again unless they change some things. If I was you reading this, to avoid frustration don’t go there. They don’t even deserve a one star.

I was there on June 28, 2025 at 11:15am and waited 35 minutes in line at the drive thru before I even got to the speaker with only two cars in front of me to start. After I got to the speaker, I waited an additional 10 minutes to order and still no one took my order and so I left. I understand being busy, but that is an absurd amount of time to wait to even order with only two cars in front of you.

Please hire more people. Only having 3 girls working on a Sunday morning is a joke, they tried their best but were so far behind on tickets mobile orders were more than 30 minutes behind and in store wasn't much better

I just went through Dunkin' Donuts drive-through. The woman who was taking my order was so rude that I canceled my order and left. I have been to this Dunkin quite a few times, and half the time, the staff is rude. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am done. I have never experienced so many employees on different occasions who were rude at one location. I will never go here again.
