Went to the firehouse on goodholmes road in ocoee on 3/7/24. For the new people that visit ...most of the subs there you have to ask them to add items such as lettuce, tomatoes ect otherwise you end up with something you didn't expect. I ordered 4 large subs and only got two with lettuce. The Philly cheese steak and the New York Steamer -do not come with anything but cheese. 63.00 later unhappy hubby and i end up having to run out to KFC to buy food again. I called and supposedly got the manager but he offered no resolution to my problem. 1 sub later in the trash we will never go there again. The cashier should let people know which sandwiches come plain with just cheese. Very dissatisfied will not visit there again.If they cared about an unhappy customer they would have fixed it offered a discount on the next visit reimbursed what we paid for ect.

Nasty looking workers using profanity, found a long black hair in my food twice…after giving them two times with the hair I stop going…always forgetting the pickle and when you ask they get an attitude and give you a little hard brown one…workers are I keep and look dirty and sloppy…using dirty knives to cut sandwiches and dirty rags to wipe knives!

My husband and I wanted a little something for lunch and when we saw the sign for the pork and slaw sandwich, we had to try it! I understand why Firehouse subs is my husband's favorite sub shop. The sandwich was AMAZING! The pork was savory, flavorful, and perfectly tender. The slaw had the perfect crunchy and slight sweetness. Who doesn't love a good Hawaiian bun to complete the sandwich. We made it a meal and had jalapeno chips and peach cream soda. We also got a cup of white cheddar macaroni and cheese for our son. The macaroni and cheese was hot, creamy, and delicious. Our son ate the whole thing! We had never tried the peach cream soda before, but it was a great combination of fruity and creamy. The employees were friendly and provided fast service. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We would absolutely return, and each get our own pork sandwich or Hook and Ladder!Rating from F to A+++, it gets an A+++!

Came here with my mother and sister and we really like the customer service and the subs are great!10/10 on the customer service alone . The employees here really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and everyone gets along which you rarely see in establishments .

Very clean store and food are always fresh and goo!!!!! Staff are beyond pleasant. I come here all the time with friends and family whenever we have to go to theme parks, we come here to this specific location.
The place is so hit or miss(more miss), every other employee will make your sub different(if they don't like mustard you better not either), the bread comes out half baked(wheat bread so light I thought they gave me the wrong sub), and it's just a disappointing experience because I've been to so much better Firehouses. All of these things happen daily here so go in expecting subway you you might leave with something good.Always sub par but somehow has gotten a little worst so I took a star.

These guys has one job and they can't do it right maybe they shouldn't be representing fireman. When you can't take direction and simply do there job. Maybe that crew needs to be retrained. And they can't even put the sub together uniformly and I don't think the know where the oil and vinegar are stored...sucked I would of give them no star if I could.

Akeelah!! Akeelah!! She gave me the BEST!! customer service i have ever had! She deserves a raise!! And promotion! She deserves recognition!! She deserves flowers for the kindness she showed me & my niece yesterday! Never knew they had hats for kids in all my years going there. I wish i could afford to do more than leave a review, this the least of what she deserves, i am greatly appreciative of her generosity and kindness. Been a while but got disappointed. I'm used to ask for sandwich without bread bcs I'm Celiac and don't like GF bread from here. The personnel had no idea how to do this, and the tiny bowl they give me not only super small but no mayo, no pickle? Ask for no onion and yes they add onions. This for $8.69. Sorry Firehouse, loved it but not anymore. I have a pic that shows bowl smaller than my hand like one scoop ice cream bowl. Never was served like this before. Used to be a deserving portion for that price.
