Touken Sushi - Ocoee

Very happy to celebrate my birthday at my favorite restaurant! The food was amazing as always, everything fresh and delicious. I highly recommend trying the salmon truffle bites as an appetizer THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! Thank you Maya, Amanda and the kitchen team for making this experience even more incredible!

Everything was perfect: the salmon was super tender, the rice was perfectly seasoned, and that special touch that only those who understand sushi can give.

Was close by and stopped for some sushi. We were served by Amanda and she was kind and attentive. The menu had a good selection of appetizers and sushi/maki options. There definitely was an affinity for cream cheese in their maki selection as many of the platters had that. The shrimp tempura appetizer tasted like store packaged tempura and although generous with 6 shrimp, there were no pieces of vegetable tempura. The sashimi in the platter was good but I found the maki pieces quite small and not very flavourful. The nigiri had no wasabi so you had to add it yourself. Room for improvement all around in regard to food. Decor and service were well executed.

Tried the fried rice chicken and it was actually really good. The rice had that nice crunch in some bites and the chicken was fresh and.
The kitchen really knows what they’re doing, everything came out hot and full of flavor.
Mariah and Maya were awesome too, super chill and made sure we were good the whole time.
Honestly, if you’re into fried rice chicken, you should check this place out

This was our first time dining at a Brazilian sushi place through a friend’s recommendation and were highly impressed! The vegetable tempura appetizer was fantastic and our 10 year old tried sushi for the first time (fried chicken) and is now a sushi fan! Their ginger was the best we’ve ever had and the service was fantastic! Highly recommend trying this place out!
