I was incorrectly charged and took almost a week for them to rectify although I was told it would happen the same day. I understand they are busy but it does not make it okay. If the person who was ringing me up was allowed to finish before another person jumped on the register to help someone else, I am sure this wouldn’t have happened in the first place. I was never offered anything for the inconvenience either. To me, that’s not good service.

Lousy ham and definitely not worth the expense. They used to be good reasonable priced hams, now they are of a lesser quality and cost Way Way More. Not Again.

Amazing service for ham pickup before Thanksgiving. Last year was rough, but they obviously fixed whatever issues happened last time. I was in and out in a couple minutes to pick up my order, and every staff member I interacted with was extremely pleasant. Highly recommend this location.

We used to come here at least once or twice per year for special occasions to supplement that's which we prepare ourselves. Always had a good experience. I don't know why we stopped coming here. I stopped on this time to grab lunch before going to my appointment next door for eye exam. I got the three slider meal. It was tasty and the gentleman preparing the food was fantastic. He was pleasant, engaging and willing to take the time to explain things to me. So I walked out familiar with all the goodies for gatherings in the future. In addition to the ham and turkey with which I was already familiar, they offer pot roast, ribs and a boatload of sides and desserts.The cashier was NOT so pleasant. I felt like i was bothering her or taking up her time. Lot of eye rolling and harrumphing going on. The main dude picked up the slack and offered excuses for her attitude. Would have been 5 stars if not for her.

Got smoked turkey that was dried out and like leather. Will never go to this store again. The ham is not the quality as before. $90.00 I could make my own cheaper and have better quality.

HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE INSANE I HAD found a roach inside my sandwich and the employee yelling at customers the boss was yelling at this women for no reason and she was just asking to get served and the boss kicked two of his employees out no reason as soon as they left he was saying a lot of profanity and be rude so I suggest don’t ever come here ever worst experience!!!

This must be the worst franchise location Honey Baked Ham has. We reserved and paid for a ham for thanksgiving 2022. When my son arrived at the appointed time there was a 4 hour long wait. My wife called and was told they were shorthanded. “No one wants to work.” My wife was told by the manager that she would be staying late to process all the refunds. To this day we have not received a refund. Every time I call I am told the manager is not in, my information is taken but no one ever calls. After 40 days my only option is to call the credit card company.This is a very poorly run business!
