This place is outstanding. I been wanting to find a real good bagel place for a while. It is kinda a hike from my home, but worth every mile. I am very happy with their flavored cream cheeses. To sum this place up in one word, simply amazing.

I went by the Old Winter Garden Rd location right at close. The ladies working were all so very nice. They helped with my selections with a smile. The bagels, OMG! I ate the sesame bagel on the drive home. No cream cheese or anything else. Soft, chewy, yummy. I make sure to go out of my way to stop at a Jeff's location. Definitely some of the best bagels around.

The workers are so nice!! Highlight of my morning! The bagels are delicious, currently the everything bagel with the chive and onion spread and the sweet peach berry iced tea has a chokehold on me!! Absolutely delicious I'm so happy I found a great bagel place close by!

13.00 for a soggy horrible bagel and coffee, they sliced the bagel and gave me a container of cream cheese to spread myself? Wtf
When I order a bagel, I want to have the toppings on both sides.
I may only eat a half a bagel on one day and the other half on the next
That means on the second day I’m eating a plain bagel.
How much doe it really cost to put seasoning on both sides of the bagel?
That’s the problem with franchise bagel shops , i.e. Einstein’s. Always trying to cut corners.
I recommend you support your local Bagel Shop.
I’ll never go back to Jeff’s bagel run again

I was so excited to try this place, after growing up working at a bagel place I had high hopes. The bagels here are thin, cold and they don’t toast them, the parking lots a mess and there was a woman sitting in the “dining area” cutting produce next to customers instead of a food prep area in the back which doesn’t seem sanitary or up to health code. Save your money and go to Einsteins

Bagels are too small. Bagels are great but not worth 17 dollars a dozen. Crazy cream cheese prices off the chain. Never no specials. No bakers 13 dozen like New York. Parking was unbelievable no spots. BJ’s bagel are amazing. Bagels were not fresh after 12 pm. No rewards or free bagel rewards.
