the food and service was good I just can’t believe they have their workers working without AC. It’s extremely hot i find that outrageous. Hopefully they get it fixed.

09/13/24 Walked in at 8:59 and boss looked up to the clock and it turned 9pm and he rejected my business. I think the manager should understand he will only ever work at a Sandwhich place due to his inability to be hospitable and honor the guests efforts to support their business regardless of I got their at the last minute. Also a reflection of the poor customer service the staff has that I had experienced more than once. In my honest opinion get a manager who doesn’t turn down business and gratuity

I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I consistently have a pleasant experience. The staff is great, the service is speedy, and the subs are delicious. They even remember my order! I truly appreciate the hard work of the team that keeps this place running so smoothly.

This is actually the second time i've been there and have had a terrible experience with the staff both times. There's a young lady there that absolutely should not be working there her attitude is beyond disgusting. This last visit was the icing on the cake when she threw and I mean literally threw my food in the bag and walked off. Her customer service is horrible it's like she just does not care to be bothered at all. I will not be returning to this location or the franchise for a while and I will encourage my hosp. coworkers not to go here for lunch either there's another sandwich place 1 block down. I've reached out to customer service and never gotten a response, shows how much they care

I usually love this place for lunch but today it was excessively hot inside the restaurant. The employees looked miserable and I’m surprised this location is open with the a/c being out. Today’s heat index was well over 100 degrees. Unsafe for employees and most likely an OSHA violation. I truly hope the owners would consider the health of their employees over making a profit. That being said, the employees working there were kind as always and very apologetic for the oppressive heat. Do better Jersey Mikes!
