This was our first time walking into Jersey Mike’s to order, and unfortunately it will be our last.
When we approached the counter, the employee just stared at my husband and me without greeting us or asking how she could help. I ordered the Original Italian, but before I could explain my modifications, she was already taking the next customer’s order — and I hadn’t even finished ordering my husband’s sandwich yet.
The situation got worse when she started putting cheese on my sandwich (I’m dairy-free) before asking about my preferences. I also wanted condiments on the bread first. When we politely asked her to slow down and focus on completing our order before moving on, she walked away in the middle of making my sandwich. Another employee had to step in and finish it.
When my husband finally got to order, his very first question was, “Can I add whatever toppings I like to the sandwich?” He was told yes. Fifteen minutes later, after waiting for his steak and cheese to be cooked, we expected to be asked what toppings he wanted. Instead, the sandwich was wrapped up and we were told, “Have a good day.”
We explained that he wanted toppings — which he made clear from the beginning. The same employee who had previously walked away then YELLED at my husband, saying, “I asked you what you wanted on the sandwich, all you said was no onions and peppers.” That was only the first part of his order. If she had actually listened to his initial question, it would have been obvious he intended to add toppings.
After yelling at paying customers, she walked back toward the grill and didn’t say another word to us.
As first-time customers, this was a sad and disappointing experience. With customer service like this — especially with Publix nearby — we will not be returning. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I wish I can give them a zero star. My wife and along with our two kids just spent $70 on three subs at Jersey Mike's. We came home start eating our subs, two out of the 3 subs had hair in them. I was eating my sub and actually pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. I stop my kids from eating and they began to check their subs. My daughter found the same type hair in her sub. Needless to say I'm extremely ticked off. I tried calling them but I guess they are closed. I can't wait untill they open. This is unexcusable. I actually felt the hair go across my tongue and immediately spit my chewed up food on the dinner table. This restaurant ruined our entire night. I will never eat their again.

Attempted to make an order through Uber Eats on New Year’s Eve 12/31/25 at 3pm for some reason at least six drivers came and left……I ended up canceling the entire order its almost 5pm. This location should turn off their uber Uber Eats if they cannot fulfill orders. I honestly think someone did that to get a free meal probably.
Even though there is another Jersey Mike's closer, I always order from this store. They're not stingy with the ingredients & the food is always great!

Never coming back here, asked to sub turkey on Italian, which they have done a million time. The guy said no...no alternative no upcharge just a flat no. This location sucks.....just go to windermere where they will take care of you.

General manager veronica is not a nice person didnt make my sun to order and would not do anything about it wont give me corporates number just out my points i used for a sub that wasnt made how it was suppossed to be and when i tried to get it rectified very poor customer service. And a attitude. I wont spend no more money at this storenthey have lsot my buisness

Order a chicken bacon ranch sub. They made the sub with chicken only and when I called to get it fix no one answered the phone then they closed the store. $24. Down the drain.

You always have to get a sub the Mike's way nothing beats Jersey Mike's subs
I came here Friday early to get a chicken salad sub and the girl tried to charge me $12 for the sub itself. I was very confused because I knew there was something wrong with the price, so I left and I came back on today to get a chicken salad and it did not taste like the sample I ate on Friday to make sure it was OK. It was nasty bland and I kept needing to put salt on it terrible experience and I called the manager back to discuss. He put me on hold for 10 minutes. He said he called me back, but I never got a call so then I came in that night with my receipt letting him know that I did not have a great experience of course he wasn’t helpful at all. It is too expensive to deal with stuff like this. They need to do better. Just letting you know don’t expect the customer service from this place below. Jersey Mike’s is 10/10 freshness, which is a big deal for me when it comes to deli meats. I se why their motto is “If it ain’t freshly sliced, it ain’t Jersey Mikes!” You also get a delightful, seasoned oil/vinegar blend by default on the sandwich.
