I’m not sure why Little Caesars promotes “Hot-N-Ready” when every time I go to this location, nothing is hot, ready, or even in progress. I waited 45 minutes for a simple order of pizza puffs — and this isn’t just a one-time thing. It happens every time we come here.
The workers clearly don’t want to be there, and it shows. No food is prepped ahead of time like it’s supposed to be. It’s like the whole point of fast, convenient pizza has been completely lost on this store. What’s the point of calling it “Hot-N-Ready” if we have to stand around forever while staff move at their own pace and ignore customers?
Do better.

Just bought a hot & ready pizza.. it's old and dried out. WTH?.. how long do they let pizzas sit before tossing them out? No excuse for quality standards to be this low!
Didn't get a chance to pick up my because I had a service dog. The kid that was there no matter what no dogs Not even my dog he had his vest ID TAGS. THAT will be the last business they get from me.
