Food was good. Customer service was okay. No rudeness they were just perhaps tired as it was the end of the night. They appeared from the back of the store while I stood about 3-5 minutes waiting. I have never had a food complaint from this location.

Buyer BEWARE hair found in pizza!!!! They do not wear hair nets!! I ordered via delivery and was inconvenienced to return to the store for a refund that they hassled me for!!! Never again, do better by PAYING CUSTOMERS!!

I placed a phone order and when I walked into the store the person at the counter told me they could not take a $100 bill to pay for my Order. I will be calling corporate because you are causing an inconvenience to paying customers 8/10/2024 at the West Road location.

Waited about 30 min for a hot-n-ready. Would have been quicker to go home and bake one myself.... Im still waiting here while I wrote this review...
We tried to order just crazy bread no sauce and we were told we have to order it as a combo only. We orde it separately all the time. Felt like they were ripping us off. Still ordered it anyways to not get the sauce with our order and the young lady walks away with the window open saying how we are complaining about not getting the sauce that they made us pay for. Then she came back to the window and my husband tried to explain to her that we wanted the sauce since we did pay for it and we were not complaining and she was not very kind towards us. In fact she was very argumentative with us. This is not the first time we have experienced not so great behavior from the employees at this location. We will drive the extra 5 minutes from now on to go to a different location where we are treated better.

The employees in this location specifically have a rude attitude mostly because their are to young and don't know how to give a proper costumer service, and by the way, they make wait 40 minutes for 2 extra most best chess pizza and when I get home none of them where cut in slices. Never coming back to that store
