Food was good. Customer service was okay. No rudeness they were just perhaps tired as it was the end of the night. They appeared from the back of the store while I stood about 3-5 minutes waiting. I have never had a food complaint from this location.

This is one of those reviews where they messed up and made it right. I ordered one simple and one more complex pizza with crazy bread. It cost $20 and change.The complex pizza was not prepared correctly, I was met with a cashier and manager that wanted nothing but to make it right. Ran to Publix to pick up a couple things. Came back, it was right. Does it stink to do things twice, sure. But I make lots of mistakes too so a simple mistake on a complex pizza order was almost expected...

Took forever past the time they said and one of the pizzas looked like it was run over. Not a good experience this time. We have had good pizza out of the Ocoee and West Rd location.
