The manager was yelling at staff who were polite and trying to be helpful. After waiting 30 min for food, I asked for a refund. The manager said food was almost done, went to the back, and started yelling again. I left without food or a refund.

they gave me the wrong burger on top of having a very poor attitude every time i go there regardless of the time of day. the lady who operates the take out window not the cashier window is always terribly rude and acts like im inconveniencing her for being at the restarurant.this location has been here for over 25 years and i have never seen it this bad.The staff needs to be retrained immediately !!!

Every single time I order from the app for curbside pick up this location messes something up and takes FOREVER! When the chicken Big Mac came out. Ordered that, get home and they only gave us a regular bigmac. Just recently ordered 2 $5 value meals and a Happy meal. Took a total of 18 min from the time I ordered for them to bring it to my vehicle! Got home and not only was the food ice cold (I live across the street) they didnt put either of the 4 ct chicken nuggets in with the $5 meals (sauce was there but no nuggets!) Like seriously. How hard is it to pay attention! Do better!

An overall terrible experience. Food was cold and old. We ordered sweet tea, were given unsweetened and when we asked to change it out for sweet tea they said no because they didn’t have any? And then they were out of all beverages except coke and sprite. Everyone there pretty much looked and sounded like they hated their lives and it was shown even more in the way they spoke and treated costumers.

Would give this 5 stars but they had a door dash driver blocking the drive through for over 5 minutes. I know it's not their fault but it didn't seem like anyone was attempting to fix this issue.
