I went through drive through gave a code for a large frappe on my phone it said got it, then i added a 4b meal and upgraded the drink for a med frappe. When I get to the window he said I couldn't get the code so he put it in as a sweet tea but when I get to the next window they asked about a sweet tea which I did not order the 1st window told me he did it his way cause he screwed up but I should still get the medium and large frappe I ordred.ordered. the manager was not understanding wouldn't even talk to me tell the window agent charge her if she wants the large when it clearly showed on the receipt that the 1st cashier screwed up. With that being said the manager should have granted me my large frappe common sense should have showed why would I use a coupon on a large on a medium meal.. I went back through drive through to ask the cashier why he didn't explain what he did to clear this all up he confused himself so I just drove off without my large frappe. For this reaction management and staff should not be rushing orders then get upset with the customers when they screwed up and management should be able to resolve instead of making it worse. I will never return to that location and im going to report this behavior with the Better Business Bureau and submit an online review of how I was treated at that location.

Come here all the time and spend so much.... Just to come home and be eating on a raw burger!!!! Red inside and cold. Disgusting. I get it shit happens with putting a wrong condiment on the burger.. but raw .... Thats not cool.

Good location but customer service is optional especially at the speaker box in the drive thru. You can let us know when to pull forward when you’re ready. Letting me sit in silence for a minute after I’m done ordering and then moving on seems like I’m talking to a wall.

Why are hashbrowns 1.00 yet when you get two and get to the part where you're about to pay, it says it's unlocking a 2.99 deal and it's talking about the hashbrowns ? that's adding on another dollar to something that should've only been $2.. Yea, it's just a dollar but that's pretty scammish of you McDonald's lol. This is the type of stuff that made me stop even coming to McDonald's. Most of the time the service is terrible and there's always part of my order missing that I get to go back and forth usually with a manager to give me what I paid for ..
