Typical McDonald's service and McDonald's food as expected. Staff not all youngsters so service better than most places. Fries usually too salty so I get no salt and add my own.

Ngl my order got canceled in the app and I was starving so I had to reorder, went through drive thru and reordered and idk how but associate knew it was my order that was canceled and was able to honor discount. Idk how he knew it was my order but aye I appreciate you not just throwing away the food my guy. Idk if you all check this since it’s a large company but the little steps made my night. Hope this makes your day!

I came in with my dad and husband. As we were ending our meal my dad started to get really sick from low sugar due to his diabetes so i asked for some sugar packets and they went out of their way to give us an orange juice to help

I went through drive through gave a code for a large frappe on my phone it said got it, then i added a 4b meal and upgraded the drink for a med frappe. When I get to the window he said I couldn't get the code so he put it in as a sweet tea but when I get to the next window they asked about a sweet tea which I did not order the 1st window told me he did it his way cause he screwed up but I should still get the medium and large frappe I ordred.ordered. the manager was not understanding wouldn't even talk to me tell the window agent charge her if she wants the large when it clearly showed on the receipt that the 1st cashier screwed up. With that being said the manager should have granted me my large frappe common sense should have showed why would I use a coupon on a large on a medium meal.. I went back through drive through to ask the cashier why he didn't explain what he did to clear this all up he confused himself so I just drove off without my large frappe. For this reaction management and staff should not be rushing orders then get upset with the customers when they screwed up and management should be able to resolve instead of making it worse. I will never return to that location and im going to report this behavior with the Better Business Bureau and submit an online review of how I was treated at that location.
