I had to call this location to get service. twice. I sat in Lane 1 there was no greeting nothing. After the first call they helped the 3 cars that came up in lane 2. Im still lane 1, had to make another call. No apology, nothing very rude. Will not return.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and an extra sausage, and requested three plates and utensils so I could share the meal with my children. Despite asking both at the speaker and at the window, my request was ignored. After being asked to wait, the general manager brought out my order. When I asked again about the plates and utensils, he told me they were not included because I hadn’t purchased them. I explained the situation and asked for a refund. He agreed but then told me I was being “ignorant,” which I found unprofessional and offensive.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have even used this location to cater school events, but this interaction was unacceptable. I felt disrespected, and the refusal to provide the manager’s name only added to the frustration. I will no longer be returning to this location.

They tried to say I was vaping in the bathroom when I went in there to change my clothes so me or the employees accused me of vaping when I don’t vape I only smoke cigarettes and wouldn’t even let me order my food I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again their disrespectful especially the manager

Service sucked.. the two ladies in the window had a problem remaking their own mess up about a smoothie that took literally 2 minutes to make and then hands me my chocolate chip frappe with no chocolate chips when I questioned them about it they turned to me and said I have to ask for that.. so I literally said so I have to ask for the chocolate chips that come on the chocolate chip frappe?!? I was running late to drop my kid off at school so had no time to argue about it and sped off.. I had five bacon egg and cheese McGriddles a banana smoothie and the chocolate chip frappe and five hash browns... To be treated with such disrespect and act like they don't even want their job is ridiculous and uncalled for.. so I decide to call up there and speak to the manager, I was on the phone with the manager and he kept questioning is that what I asked for and I said yes it even says on the sticker chocolate chip frappe as he was trying to get my name he asked me to hold on and decided to take an order, while I'm on the phone with my complaint... Very unprofessional does McDonald's seem to be going downhill with who they are hiring... Such a shame when there are good people out there looking for a job and could do a hell of a lot better. Will not be going back to that McDonald's.. promoting something new and then don't even give it to people smh

How is this even possible? We bought two medium coffees—always order with light ice, and they never follow through. Fine. But the coffee was terrible—sweet water with ice. Just awful. Ordered a Happy Meal for my kid—it turned out not so happy. Wanted to get more Minecraft toys, but they only had one kind. My child ended up in tears. Total mood killer.
