I bought two iced caramel lattes and I assume they came with whipped cream. I ordered them mobile. I normally don’t come to McDonald’s at all, so I got to the window and I asked if I could have whipped cream in the lady at the window told me it was too late and that I should’ve asked for it before that is not Customer Service and this is why I do not Come to McDonalds

I had a mistake on my drive thru order, I calmly asked them to fix it and the manager, Gege, went above and beyond to offer me a better experience.
My drink wasn’t filled all the way. Looked like someone took a sip of it. The manager present claim is like that! You rather argue with me telling me you won’t fill it up because that’s how lemonades are supposed to be served. I order Mc Donald’s Many days in one week. & I’m honestly tire of the poor customer service Mc Donald’s has! Them employees act like the food comes out of their pockets. Plus you order from the mobile app before arriving and they always still have you to wait. SMH

Told me to pull up because it would “take a while” to make my $5 meal deal. Then after it was taking a while my friend went to see what was going on, they then admitted they forgot i was there. Gave me my food with mayo on the chicken when i asked for none..

This is my neighborhood McDonalds and I come here often either drive thru or dine in. Today I came to dine in. I went up to the order counter and this counter lady just looked at me and totally ignored me. So I went to the self service order kiosk and made my order and went ahead to take my table. Later this same lady brought my order, I said thank you, she nodded and asked if there’s anything else I need. I said can you bring my 4 Splenda packets please. She said yes. I waited, and started eating. She never came. So I went up to the counter to ask another lady who then gave me what I needed. Now, this lady whom I asked initially, just looked at me. I just ignored the whole thing. A few minutes later, the lady who helped me at the counter, and her, passed by my table to bring an order outside to a waiting car customer. When they came back, this lady who ignored my Splenda request had the temerity to ask me if I asked for Splenda, and she was laughing, as if it was funny! Totally disgusting!
