Tasteless food. I ordered a bandeja paisa, and the meat tasted like paper, and the tripe soup was flavorless. Honestly, it's bad.

First and last time in this place. For me, attention is as important as food. The man who helped me today lacks any customer service skills that characterize all Colombians. Not even one to order, thanks, anything else? I was totally impressed.

I only ordered a chicharron that turned out to be average in size and presentation, accompanied by an arepa hard enough to break panela. The pandebonos were good. Good television screens.

I informed the waiter that on the restaurant's Google page the menu says that the tray paisa costs 12.95 when you click on the photo, but in the current menu when you are in the restaurant the price is 20.95 instead of apologizing for the error he came to my table 3 times to tell me that it may be that it is not an official page, that he is going to inform the manager and finally the manager said yes it is not an official page. Google imagine Google where you upload the menu, photos, address, reviews etc!!!!! Hahaha, the fact that the manager who also did not apologize for the mistake has not updated it and is not humble enough to admit it is something else! The food is good, although it took half an hour for the paisa tray to come out and 22 minutes for an empanada; they finally gave me the one that was already cooked and the chicharron was overcooked or reheated from before. Apart from so much drama that the waiter made about the price of the country tray that I never asked him for a discount I would have been more aware of whether he wanted to order something else or the glass of water that he never refilled! The Venezuelan waitress is the only one who was professional and apologized for the mistake and told me that it is not the first time it has happened. Read the restaurant's response so you can see that the page is official and the lack of detail from the owner or manager who does not click on the photo of the paisa tray to see the error!!!!!!. I even showed you the price from my cell phone, holy virgin haahahhaha

Today, Sunday, February 23, my family and a group of 20 people went out for breakfast. We tried to move one of the tables together so we could sit as a group. However, the manager, who identified herself as Karen or Karla, came out screaming that we were not allowed to move the tables. The cook even came out, and both were very rude, yelling at us. The manager accused us of lacking common sense for wanting to put the tables together. We decided to leave because you shouldn't lower yourself to their level. We took our business to Mecatos down the street

Skipping people when they’re waiting in line to be sat is never okay. Arguing with your customers about who was next is also never okay. I thanked the waitress (who was obviously confused) for the subpar service and left. I understand it’s a busy Sunday; but having multiple different waitresses tell us all different information is unprofessional and confusing.

I had previously gone and I don't know if they changed management but before the food wasn't bad, the last time I had gone something happened to me that I didn't like it and the service wasn't good, by mistake yesterday the map sent me there and I said I'm going to Going in suddenly the last time was a bad experience, I ordered pork apañada and it didn't taste like anything without seasoning without salt at all, the truth is it doesn't look anything like Colombian food, the truth is I don't recommend it at all

I'm not coming back again. A bad experience with the company. The waiter was excellent with us. Although we had a very bad experience of finding a stone in the sola and the manager blamed the supplier, that is, don't they inspect the food or wash it before cooking it? Wow. He lost a client and much less would I recommend him. Ah; and they only told us: there is 25% and if we don't we will get it. As if we were lucky to receive a discount. The manager came because I asked if he was coming but not a single word and the waitress was not very friendly either.

How unpleasant it was to find a PLACE with such terrible service, customer service and a long wait for the food that never arrived. We approached to ask for our order and were served by a Venezuelan girl with a terrible attitude, and in a very rude way who told us "We had to wait as long as we had to wait", in the restaurant there was a man apparently in charge of the place who also showed no interest and did not make the slightest attempt to serve us and resolve our disagreement. Let's thank the girl who was our initial server, a very kind Glasses girl and she is the only redeemable one in the place, otherwise THIS SITE IS ZERO RECOMMENDED

The food has gotten worse, everything is served cold, old breads and empanadas, that was a good place where you could eat something decent for the price, but lately I don't recommend it and I'll look for another place, my soups are better than the ones they make there, what a shame.
