I wasn't looking for this place when I found it on Google Maps, but I'm happy that I did. Everything we ordered was delicious ?. I had Cold Pork Ears as an appetizer and the Sauerkraut Beef Soup with Thick Noodles and Tea Egg as a main. It was so good that I danced in my seat! (2/16/2024) came by for a weekday lunch to check out the hand-pulled noodles. Be forewarned, the sign on the marquee still says "Crabs & Wings." I drove by a couple of times totally confused. Sooo good sooo good sooo good….When they just open, the service was very slow. But now it’s all in order. My favorite Chinese noodle out of the other 100 kinds. The soup here is just authentic and the flavor is always consistent! My go to comfort food. LOVE LOVE LOVE their Lanzhou ramen! Best and most authentic in Florida & Georgia area.
