Went on a Friday looking for some good soul food. The food was cold, not good or fresh. Collards was too salty. Mac & Cheese was old & didn’t stick together. Ribs were decent tho! Husband had his food warned up in the microwave. We ate in; the place could be cleaner. Like swept & mopped for starters!

Amazing barbecue ? tried some of their brisket and Mac'n' cheese tonight at an event. Looking forward to visiting their facility to try the rest of the menu. Highly recommend!!!

I was a little skeptical because it’s a tiny place, but surprisingly when you walk inside, it’s very clean. Service was very good and attentive and answered any questions I may have had because I’m very picky when it comes to barbecue.

I chose the jerk chicken just to try it out for starters. The jerk seasoning was not as pronounced as I would like, but I can tell it was still freshly cooked and it was tender. The rice was a little bit mushy, but it was good enough. The macaroni and cheese was very good tasted like it was made with real cheese And topped with more cheese. My husband had the ribs, and he said that they were tender and tasted even better the next day.

The lunch special is extremely affordable and if I was in the area and wanted a hot meal, I would definitely come back here to do just that.

Googled Soul Food in Orlando and this place among others popped up. The food was disgusting. The ribs were burnt with sauce slapped on it to hide the char. The macaroni wasn’t pleasant at all, cheese barely stuck to the noodles, and the greens tasted old and burnt way too much vinegar was used in the making of them. I’m highly disappointed ☹️ Please do better Nessa.

No Brisket available during a weekend visit.

Called on a Friday afternoon to request Saturday catering, Nessa was quickly able to accommodate. Professional, affordable and the food was amazing. Ordered a pan of Mac n cheese, baked beans, collards, pasta salad and rice. 10/10
