They take back wrong orders to serve to other people, which is very unsanitary and frowned upon in the food industry. Just letting people know in case anyone's uncomfortable with getting food that was in the possession of another customer.

Regular customer, but disappointed this time. My order was mistakenly set for pickup instead of delivery. When I called after an hour, the manager just said, "It’s here," with no apology, help, or solution. I paid $30, including a $5 tip, for terrible service. Unacceptable.

Ordered a regular large pizza with pizza sauce, mushrooms, and tomatoes. The pizza was ridiculously sweet. I'm not sure where it's coming from, but there's some large source of sugar somewhere in the ingredients that is extremely off-putting.
I also ordered the boneless wings and while the temperature was fine, the texture was strange, almost like it was undercooked.
The service/delivery was great.

I love Papa John's Pizza, but I was a little grossed out when I went in to pick up my pizza and the guy making the pizzas was vaping while actively making pizza. The last 2 times I've been in I've had to wait 10+ minutes longer than the time listed on the website when I order.

I hadn't ordered from PJ'S for a while so I decided to try them because of a coupon. I ordered online and had it delivered. This was by far the worst excused for a pizza I've ever had, the pepperoni and mushroom toppings were small bits that were hardly visible, very little sauce and it was like eating cheese bread. There are plenty of pizza joints out there and I won't be ordering from Papa John's ever again, you should be ashamed of yourself, pitiful!

This is a “classic crust” cheese pizza (paper thin.. you would think that I ordered ultra thin crust)… and cheesy bread that half of the cheese is completely missing from.
