Pizza was excellent, ditto the wings. Discovered we could order from the 6.99 menu in multiples & both get what we really wanted. I had a small spinach with white sauce. I will request all the spinach be covered with the cheese in future. But that wasn't even a biggie. The taste was magnificent! Kudos PJ!

I like their sauce and the toppings are good, however the pizza is always undercooked with the crust being raw dough in the center. When the pizza was cheaper, it wasn't a big deal to throw it in the oven to cook longer. Now that they've raised prices, there are much better options for this price point.

Ordered a large cheese pizza and found a long hair while eating the third slice. This is unfair because now I will never trust papa John's pizza again, it's disgusting. They also have guys tossing the dough with bare arms, I must of gotten some guys arm hair in pizza....

Wow, this is such a horrible location. Food always comes late. Usually double the time quoted always ends up being cold and wrong. I don’t think they really know how to make pizza when you call to let them know about the issues and when they finally answer the phone or don’t put you on hold for half an hour, the manager decides that it’s OK to give you Attitude when you tried to talk, they put you on hold again. What a horrible location please do not buy pizza from this location.

Twice so far this year 2023, I’ve ordered a pizza and by the time I get it, it’s not hot! More like lukewarm and with the cheese solidifying and not cheesy and have to put in the oven. I don’t live that far but dang. I’m now going to start ordering from Dominoes which is literally in front my subdivision. Just sad as I like Papa John’s but pizza has gone down hill. One time last year, I ordered a pizza and watched status and got a notification stating it’s delivered but found no pizza. I ended up having two different people deliver the same pizza after I called PJ. I turned away the second one.

The guy with princess hair who works there is the slowest person I ever encountered. He doesn't listen and he couldn't understand the simplest instructions and what we wanted. It's funny but sad..He made us wait more on purpose because of his insecurities.0 customer service skills, he should probably go and flip burgers.
