Party Flavors Custom Cakes

Party Flavors was amazing! They were listed as one of the "preferred vendors" from my venue, but a co-worker also recommended them from her wedding. So glad we scheduled this tasting, because out of 5 cake places we tried, Party Flavors hands down had the best cake. It was very moist, so you almost don't even need frosting. We went with Amaretto w/ Amaretto Custard, and Amaretto Chocolate Chip w/ Butter Fudge for a twist on the "Vanilla and Chocolate" classic, and it was SO delicious. I also love that they will provide a complimentary Anniversary cake. We did have a minor issue with our previous consultant leaving and not including all the design details, but I received a call back from Party Flavors to ensure it was all resolved prior to the wedding, and they offered to provide the cake stand complimentary for the mix-up. Very pleased with the service and, of course, the cake!

Horrible customer service. My wife called to order a cake for my son and was told they were too busy. Who is too busy to do business with paying customers? She could of least been nice about it.

We ordered a 4 tier cake for our wedding through them, the flavors were: Pina colada rum cake, chocolate khalua, strawberry champagne and then a fire ball whisky carrot cake as the top tier. All alcohol flavors because during the tasting everything was amazing. And keep in mind this cake cost us over $700.00

The best cake pops ever! My son and I enjoyed them so much at an event. They came and set up a nice display and presentation and flavor was excellent!

Great Cakes & Great Staff ???

CAKE FEEDBACK !!!!! Not goodI would like to say that the delivery was perfectly made BUT as we cut the cake I was very surprised to a wood or a pencil with the label on it! It got me thinking on how not hygienic my daughter second birthday cake was made!!! I’m very disappointed!! My face went dropped when ALL OF MY GUESTS saw the label on the wood inside the cake!And also, I asked with a GODIVA feeling and there was no Godiva what so ever!Over all very disappointing what I found inside the cake!The flavour was good, just wasn’t what I was expecting and the wood with the label was just NOT GOOD! Super not hygenic!!!

This company has drastically improved! I've always loved their cake, but their service in the past didn't match up. Something clearly has improved! My most recent experience was exceptional as the team constantly focused in our what we wanted and worked to exceed our expectations. The cake was as great as ever!

Tiffany is an awesome talent. The cake she did for my company's 4th anniversary was moist, delicious and very detailed. She was able to replicate our logo exactly!!!!!! If you are celebrating anything get a cake from Party Favors Custom Cakes, they do amazing work!!!!!!
