Pelican Snoballs is a fantastic spot for a fun night out! The variety of flavors and styles are impressive, and every one we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the experience even better. We’re so glad we decided to check it out and are already looking forward to our next visit to try more flavors! Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience at this location. Waiting 25-30 minutes for service is unacceptable. Not only did the employee arrive late, I did not get acknowledged or greeted until about 12-15 minutes after my arrival. The employee stepped outside to set up the outdoor games, tie the umbrellas for each table, feed and pet the cat, turned on the outdoor music and spent another 5-10 minutes inside the establishment as I continue to wait for her to open the window. The employee on duty did not prioritize the needs of its customers over her own. Please take this review to concentrate on how to meet and achieve customer satisfaction. Let’s do better and recreate a customer focused culture again.

Very disappointing! My son really wanted a Pelican Ice at tonight’s football game. All the other kids were enjoying it and he just wanted to be part of the fun. My son, unfortunately, can not have the syrup on the ice for health reasons. So, he asked for a small cup of just the shaved ice. My gullible son, was charged $4 for a cup of ice. I wish I was with him, but he wanted to be independent. I have absolutely no problem paying for a product but $4 is outrageous. It’s very disappointing when a business that caters to schools and children takes advantage of young children.

Went there with my family for the first time, and came right back the next weekend. We absolutely loved their snow cones! I got butterscotch stuffed (ice cream in the middle) and it tasted like a frozen butter beer from Universal Studios.
The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They even gave my boys legos to play with while we waited.
Really good. Pricing is not too bad. Parking and stairs are a little aggravating

Not only was the customer service stellar, but the snowballs are ?!!! Sooo many flavors combos to choose from. And they have combos that include vanilla soft serve and/or sweet condensed milk. When I pick my kids up from Summer Camp, they try to go EVERYDAY
