Extremely rude staff. Older man is extremely rude over the phone taking orders and when you go in he looks at you and does not greet does not even acknowledge you. Talks to employees about customers and is just nasty.

This Pizza Hut location always has excellent customer service. We have always been very pleased with the quality and professionalism that the management and staff here demonstrate and execute for customers. One recent example took place last week when there was an issue that arose with one of the orders that was mistakenly placed through the Pizza Hut app by us. The management and staff made another pizza with the specs that we desired and even graciously and generously provided the mistaken pizza to us as a courtesy to our children. Bailey (hopefully we spelled her name correctly) and the management at this location are outstanding and exceptional. They always handle our orders well and in a timely manner. We highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Service here has gone down hill fast. They don't answer the phone even when not busy. The call center is from a foreign country and will most likely mess up your order. The inside staff are poorly trained and make too many mistakes. The funny part is that this is one of the better locations. This entire chain is a joke now. I heard there is a new pizza place off not far call Grand Central... Time for a change... Good luck here ...

The competence of the staff has been on a noticeable decline over the years. Orders are constantly wrong, delayed, or they just act like they don't know what they're doing. I'm not sure if it's a communication issue, or a training issue, or maybe they're just understaffed. But bottom line, my past several experiences of takeout here have not been positive. Really hope things shape back up. I know working with customers is a pain in the neck, but after experiencing and witnessing more problems than solutions, you start to wonder what kind of training they receive.
