The competence of the staff has been on a noticeable decline over the years. Orders are constantly wrong, delayed, or they just act like they don't know what they're doing. I'm not sure if it's a communication issue, or a training issue, or maybe they're just understaffed. But bottom line, my past several experiences of takeout here have not been positive. Really hope things shape back up. I know working with customers is a pain in the neck, but after experiencing and witnessing more problems than solutions, you start to wonder what kind of training they receive.

Don’t even think about going inside to eat here. There’s no one to wait on tables and you’re lucky if anyone leave and come to you at the counter. Even though it used to be a dining restaurant, now they only catered to deliveries. I went inside and inside of the table with my daughter and we were there 15 minutes and no one ever even approached us or said hello. Six employees behind the counter didn’t have any knowledge existed. Horrible service.

Some of the worst service Ive ever seen. My order was delivered late, and they gave me someone else's order. They tried to send a new order out to me, and again sent me the wrong order! None of the drivers speak or read English, so they cant even check the orders. I understand mistakes happen, but they did this twice to me on the same day! After trying to deliver the wrong order twice, I called the store again and said just cancel my order and give me a refund, and they said it would be 10 days before I get money back for the order they never delivered! The manager was very rude to me and didn't make much of an effort to fix the issue. I would not recommend using this store at all.
Food is as expected and tastes good. Service is hit or miss. We have had good service and awful service at this location. Dine in has been only ok with no plates for food and soda machines constantly out of service. Recently seems to be trending towards improving.

I recommend this place, for those people who are looking to eat at home. They only treat well the people who come to eat daily who are already their customers. But for people who are not common in the area, the customer service is horrible, a white boy looks Latino with spots on his face, maybe Annette, has very bad customer service. In fact, I do not recommend anyone come to eat at this place. Apart from the fact that the pizza they delivered to me was horrible and they didn't put the ingredients I asked for, what the aforementioned guy told me was that it was better not to eat there but to choose another place. ?????????????????

I was doing Uber eats delivery, and was dispatched for pick up at this location. The order wasn't ready when I got there as it should be, but I was told 5 minutes which is fine. I had to cancel the order after waiting 25 minutes. The excuse was "were busy today".. ok then don't call for a driver to pick up food that you know won't be ready for at least a half hour
