On 09/10/25, I visited the Pizza Hut located at 323 West Rd., Ocoee and placed an order for two pepperoni pizzas and cheese sticks. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was given breadsticks instead of cheese sticks. I requested that the entire order be remade since the pizzas would be cold by the time the correct item was prepared. After resistance from the staff and the on-duty manager, they finally agreed to redo the order.
However, instead of remaking the full order as promised, they only remade one pizza and gave me the other pizza from the original (already cold) . To make matters worse, the new order still came out wrong — I received one pepperoni pizza and one plain cheese pizza instead of two pepperoni pizzas.
When I requested a refund, the manager “Kenzi” I think is her name initially refused, telling me I would need to return the next day to speak with another manager or the general manager. This was completely unreasonable, as I had already paid, waited twice, and never received the correct food. Only after I insisted and asked her to escalate the issue did she make several calls and eventually process the refund.
While I did receive my money back, the way this situation was handled reflected poor customer service, a lack of accountability, and ineffective management. Customers should be aware of the ongoing issues at this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut and will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for 6 personal pizzas. Cashier decided to count her drawer in the middle of dinner rush, ignoring others. Then after helping multiple people out she came to the front, got a soda and went on break. Finally I stepped back up and the GM came to the register. My food had been sitting in the hot box the entire time I was waiting. Luke warm, stale pizza. Avoid this location.

By the house and convenient for easy carry out orders. Orders are ready quick and made correct. Staff has always been friendly even when they are busy.

Check the store before ordering. They run a personal pan pizza deal, don’t order it, you wont be able to get in with everyone jumping on it.

Whoever worked and made this pepperoni lover thin crust pizza the night of July 4th- may both sides of your pillow always be cool. You did amazing. The ratio of sauce to cheese to pepperoni was absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much. Hope you get a promotion or a raise or something
STAY AWAY!!! STOP!!! Horrible service. Sierra regional manager of 8 stores? Needs to be fired. Complete disrespect. After coming to deal with an issue instead of listening attentively she decided it was more important to close the safe then rudely ended the conversation. This store cancels pizzas close to closing, I have had up to 4 problems yet I keep giving them a chance. Any store managed like this probably lacks elsewhere such as cleanliness or roaches. Worst Pizza Hut in Orlando. Find a different one. Also PLEASE hire qualified regional managers and team leaders. Since leadership is absent from this store. STAY AWAY

Whoever cooked wings on 6/4/25 at around 7pm deserves a raise, they were the best wings I had it was so tender and they fell off the bone, I was mind blown coming from a pizza hut.

Probably will be the last time ordering pizza from this establishment. Tell me how I placed my order for buffalo chicken pizza and asked for extra buffalo sauce and somehow they forgot to put ANY sauce on the pizza? Shows the work ethic they have etc. I was told I could come pick up a new pizza but I live 10-15 minutes from this specific one. I said no due to it being so late. I was then told they could give me credit on the app, which I proceeded to decline because papa John’s and even little Caesar’s is better than this place. I wanted a refund and was told the general manager would be in tomorrow night to call them then because they were the only ones who could provide a refund. We will see how this plays out I’ve seen the other reviews and won’t hesitate to call corporate due to a pour managed location.
