I placed a mobile order, they were out of chicken tenders and it took about 20 minutes! I and many other customers just standing around, waiting. A woman who was waiting for a long time in the drive thru, parked and walked in. She was very upset, because no one communicated with her concerning they were out of chicken tenders! When they finally got the chicken tenders cooked, no one said anything to mobile order customers. They just proceeded to put them in bags, and put on counter. Everyone had to look through the bags ?. At my favorite Popeyes on Main Street in Apopka, they always take care of their customers, even if it's a mobile order. That's how it should be! With such poor customer service in Ocoee, I would still drive back to Apopka -- at least they keep me informed of what's going on!

You can’t beat fresh a fresh hot meal with a little humor thrown in with makes a good day for Popeyes.Parking: More than enough parking but, getting to the drive thru can be an issue at times(I’ve seen this at several Popeyes restaurants).Kid-friendliness: Some children love chicken like adults do. But, my daughter had to go to another restaurant for her toddler. So, Popeyes you might want to think about getting more smaller children “sides” on your menu. Just an ?Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking space for this. But, I just think every public building needs a door where a person in a wheelchair can move towards the door and it automatically opens for them.

Driving into FL a few weeks ago. Everyone is hungry, so I place a mobile order on the Popeyes app when we’re about 45 mins out with a pickup time in 45 mins. Nothing crazy, couple sandwiches and a tender meal.We pull up to the drive through to pick up the order and they say that they are out of chicken so would we like to wait for 30 mins. I said, “ok I’ll come back in 30 mins.” Then they said “well actually the order may not be ready in 30 mins. It may be an hour or two, there are lots of orders ahead of yours that need to be filled.” I asked them to cancel the order then, as I’m not waiting 2 hours (at which point it would be like 9:30p) for a chicken sandwich. They said that they couldn’t cancel the order and I’d need to send a letter to corporate asking for the cancellation.So…even Popeyes can run out of chicken. For 30 mins. Or maybe an hour. Or maybe two hours. ??♀️?I wouldn’t necessarily fault them for running out of chicken (finite resource after all), it was the promise of time and then changing that promise and then telling me that I need to jump through hoops to get a refund. A simple, “so sorry we can’t fill your order” would’ve sufficed.

by far the worse popeyes ever! the employees there dont know how to count chickens. I ordered 10 pce for 30$ through their app and they cant count 10 chicken pces and 5 biscuits??? they only gave me ** yo i got ripped off scammed by popeyes and get your employees a highschool diploma they need it! jesus
Food was excellent, service was a little slow, but it was lunch time, and it was busy. Restaurant was clean.

I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich, biscuit, macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw, my entire meal was superb, just over the top in deliciousness, exceeded my expectations, will be ordering again
If you order online expect to wait 40 mins for it..no apologies on wait...dude with glasses in drive thru gave two cares about

We ordered online. I had brought an autistic boy with me because he loves Popeyes. We were to show up and get order at 430pm. They did not have our order and found it 10 minutes later. They had to look at my phone to get order and when it finally was bagged and given to him only half the order was there. The cashier gave him a free drink because he waited so long. I mean things happen but it seemed a little disorganized. They were not busy that is why I chose that time. Be blessed.
December 22 at 8pm cashier haded a bad funny attitude with me for no reason.. i waited 25 min while she preferred attending everyone behind me that also came for pickup…AND THENNNN again with a funny attitude sayin “oh i didn’t see you” and ignored me… it was embarrassing cause everyone saw probably her racist attitude with me….Never again eating here

Service is slow sometimes. But food is overall very good. The best item is always the spicy chicken sandwich and cajun mashed potatoes. Their ghost pepper wings are ok, not as good as kfc but kfc is not selling them so popeyes is my only option.
