The service at this establishment deserves 4 stars solely for the exceptional experience received while ordering. Despite the lackluster food, the cashier's friendliness was so outstanding that I couldn't rate this place lower than 4 stars. The chicken burrito was disappointingly bland, but the chips and dip were undeniably delicious. While the food left much to be desired, the server, who I believe is named Megan, a Caucasian young girl, truly stood out for this exceptional service.Thank You Miss.

They give you very small portion meat you probably feel like eating bean and rice. For 12 bucks there plenty place I can get more meat and better quality. Won't be coming back for sure!

I went in person and ordered a bowl along with a kids quesadilla. I got home no quesadilla in the bag. RIDICULOUS. It’s pouring raining and I must drive all the way back inconveniently! I was charged for something I ddint receive . I don’t understand how can someone even miss that when it was me and someone else in there ordering that’s it! Not even busy! I’m so annoyed!

Great griller! Yeah the food is pretty good and colorful. Overall seasoned and presented nicely and good portions. Their soda machine needs help and the dining area cleaned up better. The manager seemed ok and the girl ringing us up was sweet and great at her job. The first girl in line was extremely rude until the manager came around but I was told she had a hurt foot. She took her time with call ins and put us off AND was very rude. I am hoping they dealt with this because it was our anniversary and I was about to leave. No response from anyone there on yelp yet which is really bad.

So if didn't know anything about a Qdoba but thought it was like Tijuana Flats? More like a Chipotle. The food is colorful and way tasty in comparison. The salsa is very good. Had hot and sweet cholula chicken bowl. We had the chips and drink with meal and got the guacamole which seemed very nice and fresh.The girl who rang us up was very sweet and fast. The first gal stopped us when we got to line to fill orders and she was a bit abrupt and took her time with those. I asked to break up the awkwardness if they had been real busy. Honest question because she seemed panicked about those, not us and nicely again making small talk. She was like no not really and was very awkwardly rude and standiffish. Then a manager came around and she changed it up and acted more nice and that is good as I was for reals about to just walk out because she was extra rude almost purposely it seemed. My spouse said she had a hurt foot and all that it seemed and so let it go.The drink machine was funky not working right and off in timing making the drink come out spotty. They could be a bit better equipped and cleaned up topped up.The atmosphere wasn't bad overall and a lot of food given.The guy grilling does a beautiful job!The top portion of my chips tasted like they were a little old. They were salted nicely and hot and crispy.
