I ordered and paid online, which the restaurant has set up on their Google page. When I arrived and asked the host for the order, a server sitting across the room started shaking her head “no” at me. The host got another server who told me they don’t take online orders. They said it’s DoorDash’s fault for the confusion, but it’s actually the fault of whoever at the restaurant set up online orders on their Google account. They said they could not give me my money back. They said that this has happens frequently, but yet they refuse to do anything about it. I explained to them three times that they needed to update their Google page, but they continued to blame Doordash. They said there was nothing they could do and did not give me my money back. I left with no food. My husband’s birthday lunch was ruined.
