We had a company dinner arranged here. It was fantastic with great service. We were probably around 20+ folks. We had an area for ourselves and they had a menu specific for our company event. The Edamame and the Mozzarella Dip were amazing as appetizers. The salad was okay. They had a choice of entrees and they were all good. The fresh catch was mahi mahi and they also had couscous and pasta. And some yummy dessert trays with a variety of cakes and cheesecakes. Washed it all down with some local draft beer. Fun company gathering. Highly recommended.

We ate at Rusteak last night. We were seated within minutes when we were first told there would be a 30 minute wait and were put on a wait list, good thing we did not walk out....or so we think....it would have been better for us. We waited upward of 45 minutes between our order and the food delivery and tgat is after we called the waiter seeveral times a and then he started avoiding eye contact with us....so the manager appeared to tell us that our order had been out 27 minutes,(no, no over 45 minutes!!!!) and that was beyond the internal 25 minutes in house limit so dud we want drinks on him. My husband took a glass of merlit and our food was brought in: welllllllllll. My keto keto!!! Was very subpar! The salmon was burned on the outside (had to remove all the bitter burnt exterior) and was overcooked. The cauliflower casserole was dry, room temperature and had NO SALT at all. The 2 little pieces of brow bacon are not even worth my comments. Only decent thing on ate were the asparagus! My husband burger was ok but his fries were also room temperautre!!!temperature!!!! We left without taking a dessert. During the night my husband had to go back and forth to the toilet with food poisoning....I will spare you the details!!! This is the 2nd time this happens. We had stopped going to Rusteak after that first food poisoning incident when they were still on Maguire Rd. Well it seems like they are still dealing with poor hygiene or food chain preservation in their kitchen. We will never return to RUSTEAK!!!!

Dinning at the Rusteak for the first time NOT what we expected. We were seated shortly after we walked in then we sat there like we were invisible no one came by our table what seemed like 8-10 minutes. My husband kept looking around for someone to stop by he ended up going to the front desk to inquire if someone might be working in our area. Within a few minutes a waiter showed up to take our drink order by then we were ready to order our meal. The waiter showed up with our drinks when our food came out, I ordered a salad with chicken, very little chicken in it and on the dry side and the portion was more like a side salad and not a dinner portion.. My husband ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare it arrived medium done except for a small center piece that showed some pink, the steak had a decent flavor that anyone can do with seasoning. The steak was tough and grainy, not restaurant quality seemed like it came from Winn Dixie or some local mini mart and cooked by them. It came with Brussels sprouts that were good and some shavings of a potato wedge. My husband cooks steaks at home and does so much better than this restaurant. The cost for these items do not match the quality that was served. Maybe the owners should stop in some time for a review. We believe and know that you will get a better meal for your money at Texas Roadhouse down the road. We can't say anything about other menu items only what we experienced and after that meal well we can't recommend this restaurant and will never be back.

I ordered the eggs Benedict and my eggs were not soft boiled. They were hard cooked. I ate them regardless, but was not happy about my meal

We heard great things about RusTeak and were excited to try it out. It may have been an anomaly, but the service was off and they were out of multiple things we tried to order. It took a long time to be acknowledged and seated even though it was not that busy. We started with some drinks and they could not make anything with coffee as they were out. Was told they were late on a shipment. My wife ended up getting nothing to drink. The waitress knew we were disappointed and that we had to wait for her to find us waiting and tried to offer an alternative but is was not a good drink so we just gave it back. The service from the bar was very slow which prolonged the lunch. The food was pretty good but not as good as I had hoped given the hype I had heard about RusTeak. The staff was pleasant but clearly spread thin. Again, I think we hit some kind of inventory issues and a shift change issue but it was not the experience I was expecting.

Great spot for dinner. We sat outside. Live music on Friday night. They were busy, so the staff and kitchen were a little slow. Good beer options.

It was SO cold in there! We had 1130 reservations, didn't take our order until after 12. We were a party of 10, and the order came out in pieces, leaving several of us without food for over 30 mins. Ordered an overpriced burger med rar, came out well done, and charred. We were told our order was late because they had just gotten a large takeout order that had come in. What's the point of having a reservation if takeout orders take priority? Will never return.

The highlight of the evening was the flavors of the food. The pastrami sandwich was very good. But unfortunately, the side of Gruyère mash, while tasty, was lukewarm. The side salad was a unique and tasty item, but small for the price. The Nitty Gritty starter was delicious and I would get it again. The service and atmosphere were both mediocre, at best. The dining room was quite loud and our table was crammed between two others. We had to wait several times for the return of our server. Overall, not worthy of the price of the meal. Doubtful we will return.

I have a gluten intolerance due to my autoimmune condition. I ordered and ate something labeled as gluten free on the menu I but later found out it was made of flour. For those with gluten allergies or intolerances, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant since they inaccurately label items. The manager was apologetic and waived the price of the meals but it doesn’t change the fact that my symptoms are flaring right now because of this incident.

We just found out about this place last night last minute and was thrilled it was so close. We were accommodated immediately and the place is really pretty inside. Our waitress was nice but unfortunately we had a hard time getting her to come back to our table the whole time. We were ready to order for a good 25 minutes before she ever came back.
To start off I had high hopes for the food after seeing how new and nice everything looked. The water tasted horrible, like chemicals. The appetizer, we got black and blue and it was fine, no complaints no raves. We both ordered the ribeye and asked that the parmesean Brussels be replaced by the maple bacon Brussels that are on the premium sides lists and that was no problem. Unfortunately my husband couldn't eat his steak, it had a strong chemical lighter fluid type taste to it. Both of our steaks were not cooked to the temperature we requested they were both about well done and very little flavor. The butter that was on my husbands steak was completely frozen. He ended up sending his meal back and I picked at mine. The potatoes were good but the Brussel sprouts were very undercooked and absolutely swimming in syrup.
In summary the place looks nice but the food needs a lot of improvement.

Very unimpressed with food. Ordered the scallop fritters and lobster grilled cheese. These sauce on the fritters was too much. After a couple bites it just didn't taste good anymore. The lobster was all claw meat and just felt like it was covered in cheese with not a whole lot of flavor. This was my second time here, just not impressed for the cost. On a good note, our server, Kenny, was amazing!

We've eaten here quite a bit over the last few years. Their food is consistently good. Their Rusteak burger is delicious with the egg and bacon and perfectly cooked beef. While it may seem simple, their fries are great as well. Many restaurants fail to make descent fries these days. Their cauliflower casserole is also very flavorful and satisfying. And, you can never go wrong with the Salmon Keto Keto dish. They also do a great happy hour and offer friendly service.

Rusteak Ocoee - 1681 Amazing Way, Ocoee FL, 34761 We liked Rusteak in College Park and liked it downtown so when one opened nearer to us, we were thrilled. It was on Old Winter Garden then recently (6-7 months?) moved a block or so away in a small hidden shopping area off Tomyn off Maguire. The only problem I ever have there is deciding which tasty sounding menu item to eat! Menu descriptions can make something sound a lot better than it really is but that is not the case here, far exceeding my expectations. For the past few weeks, we have found ourselves there either for Saturday Lunch or Sunday Brunch (limited breakfast foods focus). First, I had the filet mignon (cooked to perfection), the next visit was a chicken salad sandwich, then the crab cakes, then most recently chicken in the weeds (grilled chicken with asparagus and shitake risotto-I’m forgetting some other ingredients but that’s the general idea and OMG SO good!). Each one was so much better that expected, the presentation is beautiful and the portions are solid. One of us always ends us taking part of the dish home to enjoy a second time. The food is complemented with two tasteful dining rooms, a bar, and a private dining room that can be rented for parties. Staff are kind and helpful and all the servers have been wonderful but standouts so far or Aurora and Nic. They all make us feel so welcomed it is one of the reasons we keep returning. I would be remiss not to mention the specialty drinks. Too many to remember but we’ve tried most of them, and all were good enough to order another. I always land back on the Espresso Yourself, a sweet unique take on the classic Expresso Martini. We’ve never been for dinner so can’t comment on that but if the lunch/brunch is any indication, you will be treated to an incredible meal, with service and atmosphere to match!
