Dinning at the Rusteak for the first time NOT what we expected. We were seated shortly after we walked in then we sat there like we were invisible no one came by our table what seemed like 8-10 minutes. My husband kept looking around for someone to stop by he ended up going to the front desk to inquire if someone might be working in our area. Within a few minutes a waiter showed up to take our drink order by then we were ready to order our meal. The waiter showed up with our drinks when our food came out, I ordered a salad with chicken, very little chicken in it and on the dry side and the portion was more like a side salad and not a dinner portion.. My husband ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare it arrived medium done except for a small center piece that showed some pink, the steak had a decent flavor that anyone can do with seasoning. The steak was tough and grainy, not restaurant quality seemed like it came from Winn Dixie or some local mini mart and cooked by them. It came with Brussels sprouts that were good and some shavings of a potato wedge. My husband cooks steaks at home and does so much better than this restaurant. The cost for these items do not match the quality that was served. Maybe the owners should stop in some time for a review. We believe and know that you will get a better meal for your money at Texas Roadhouse down the road. We can't say anything about other menu items only what we experienced and after that meal well we can't recommend this restaurant and will never be back.

I ordered the eggs Benedict and my eggs were not soft boiled. They were hard cooked. I ate them regardless, but was not happy about my meal

We heard great things about RusTeak and were excited to try it out. It may have been an anomaly, but the service was off and they were out of multiple things we tried to order. It took a long time to be acknowledged and seated even though it was not that busy. We started with some drinks and they could not make anything with coffee as they were out. Was told they were late on a shipment. My wife ended up getting nothing to drink. The waitress knew we were disappointed and that we had to wait for her to find us waiting and tried to offer an alternative but is was not a good drink so we just gave it back. The service from the bar was very slow which prolonged the lunch. The food was pretty good but not as good as I had hoped given the hype I had heard about RusTeak. The staff was pleasant but clearly spread thin. Again, I think we hit some kind of inventory issues and a shift change issue but it was not the experience I was expecting.

Great spot for dinner. We sat outside. Live music on Friday night. They were busy, so the staff and kitchen were a little slow. Good beer options.

It was SO cold in there! We had 1130 reservations, didn't take our order until after 12. We were a party of 10, and the order came out in pieces, leaving several of us without food for over 30 mins. Ordered an overpriced burger med rar, came out well done, and charred. We were told our order was late because they had just gotten a large takeout order that had come in. What's the point of having a reservation if takeout orders take priority? Will never return.

The highlight of the evening was the flavors of the food. The pastrami sandwich was very good. But unfortunately, the side of Gruyère mash, while tasty, was lukewarm. The side salad was a unique and tasty item, but small for the price. The Nitty Gritty starter was delicious and I would get it again. The service and atmosphere were both mediocre, at best. The dining room was quite loud and our table was crammed between two others. We had to wait several times for the return of our server. Overall, not worthy of the price of the meal. Doubtful we will return.

I have a gluten intolerance due to my autoimmune condition. I ordered and ate something labeled as gluten free on the menu I but later found out it was made of flour. For those with gluten allergies or intolerances, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant since they inaccurately label items. The manager was apologetic and waived the price of the meals but it doesn’t change the fact that my symptoms are flaring right now because of this incident.

We just found out about this place last night last minute and was thrilled it was so close. We were accommodated immediately and the place is really pretty inside. Our waitress was nice but unfortunately we had a hard time getting her to come back to our table the whole time. We were ready to order for a good 25 minutes before she ever came back.
To start off I had high hopes for the food after seeing how new and nice everything looked. The water tasted horrible, like chemicals. The appetizer, we got black and blue and it was fine, no complaints no raves. We both ordered the ribeye and asked that the parmesean Brussels be replaced by the maple bacon Brussels that are on the premium sides lists and that was no problem. Unfortunately my husband couldn't eat his steak, it had a strong chemical lighter fluid type taste to it. Both of our steaks were not cooked to the temperature we requested they were both about well done and very little flavor. The butter that was on my husbands steak was completely frozen. He ended up sending his meal back and I picked at mine. The potatoes were good but the Brussel sprouts were very undercooked and absolutely swimming in syrup.
In summary the place looks nice but the food needs a lot of improvement.

Very unimpressed with food. Ordered the scallop fritters and lobster grilled cheese. These sauce on the fritters was too much. After a couple bites it just didn't taste good anymore. The lobster was all claw meat and just felt like it was covered in cheese with not a whole lot of flavor. This was my second time here, just not impressed for the cost. On a good note, our server, Kenny, was amazing!

We've eaten here quite a bit over the last few years. Their food is consistently good. Their Rusteak burger is delicious with the egg and bacon and perfectly cooked beef. While it may seem simple, their fries are great as well. Many restaurants fail to make descent fries these days. Their cauliflower casserole is also very flavorful and satisfying. And, you can never go wrong with the Salmon Keto Keto dish. They also do a great happy hour and offer friendly service.

We had a reservation for four and were seated promptly. Appetizers were very delicious, especially Pretzel Rolls. Then, one of us ordered daily special Chicken Picatta but it never arrived, they brought a wrong dish and we thought it was another table's. Everyone else got their food and everything was amazing. One of us though, got her food too late to eat. I asked for a manager, never saw one until we left, standing by host stand. No, they did not charge us for late food, but she never ate anything. It should have been rushed to our table as it was the daily special. Overall, great restaurant and we will go back. Customer service has to get better though!!

My husbands food was good, however had multiple issues with mine. First had ordered the chicken salad sandwich which the description specifies “chicken breast” so one would assume it’s just a sandwich with those components, asked to remove the mayo, then it’s brought out as a scoop of actual chicken salad full of mayo? Which that’s fine if it’s what it is but the server should have known the menu and advised when we ordered it. Switched to the other chicken sandwich, which then showed up with none of the toppings, then had to wait for those to be brought out and assemble it myself. Then the chicken breast was extremely dry. Then the server just seemed annoyed, and took the plate to the manager and I guess did remove the sandwich, but then made sure to still charge us $7 for the side of fries. We also had to ask if the manager was going to come out at all. Honestly maybe they’re better if we tried again but how it was handled was poor, which is what determines if people come back.

november 12 visit, had the ribeye, loved the potato side that comes with.. half of the steak was good, the other half was just a little too-chewy. it's greasy too! girlfriend had the salmon, but didn't like the rest that came with it -including the bacon! the starter mushrooms isn't good at all.. the soup of the day was a red curry thing.. not to my liking..
table we had was not clean, so was the other table next to us.. (crumbs, smudge spots)
3 stars at most
