I called last night to find out if they have dairy free sugar free and gluten free smoothies. the girl that answered the phone didn't even answer my question. she hung up on me and I went to the store the guy I couldn't even understand what he was saying I bought a smoothie (20 oz) and it was the nastiest thing I have ever drank in my life turns out mine wasn't dairy free I don't guess because I was so sick and I didn't even drink half.

Horrible experience I came from very far to order a keto smoothie here, after ordering they couldn’t sell me the smoothie because I was paying with $50 cash because I didn’t have no cards with me and they say they didn’t take those bills I explain to the girl that’s all that I have to make an exception and she say no that she didn’t have money for the change, that’s ridiculous that now you can’t no pay with cash in a business! I don’t plan to come back here

Came at a rough time, systems went down in drive thru for over 30 minutes. Luckily they had dude perfect cups for $1 which is an extra star from me. A young lady taking my order was helpful, but the register man was not very conversational. Smoothies were good after the long wait!

Worst customer service experience of my life. From waiting in line 15 plus minutes for a smoothie to be told the systems down and can’t make it (I was paying cash) to coming at 7:50am and online says 7:00 am is opening time for them to take my order and say they can’t do it because they really open at 8.

I was here this morning and ordered a pitaya bowl at 7:54, they had me pull to the yellow line, after 10min of waiting, I had to call them and ask about my order because I had to get to work. They informed me that the pitaya was too frozen and it would be another 5min. They did not tell me in advance, I had to ask if I could just come back and pick up my order because I would be late for work.
My frustration is the service, I would’ve appreciated a heads up or even an offer to come back so that I would know and not be late for work. They were gonna have me wait 15min for a pitaya bowl?? And not tell me, and I still have to leave work and come back ? the open at 7, you would think things would be prepared, or even communicated.

Wasted $7 in banked rewards and an additional $6 on a large tasteless smoothie. Watched as others who ordered after us walked out with their drinks and we were still waiting for ours. Our drink was a cold brew mocha d-lite with extra mocha and peanut butter. It left a bitter taste in my mouth.
