Today, I ordered the “Create Your Own BBQ Bundle”—two meats, three pint sidekicks, and bread—advertised to feed 4 to 6 people with double ribs. I paid nearly $60 for this meal, which I always rely on to feed my family.
Instead, I was handed the “Pick of the Pit Combo” with two meats. I spoke with the manager, who claimed he weighed it and insisted everything was fine, then tossed in two extra ribs as if that would fix the issue. Frankly, that felt dismissive.
I’ve been eating Sonny’s BBQ my entire life. I know exactly what that family meal is supposed to look like, and I’m at this location almost every week. Here it is—Fourth of July—and I’m sitting here with enough food to barely feed two people after spending $60. This is beyond disappointing, and quite frankly, unacceptable.

First time here got a menu and silverware thrown at me and walked away. So I walked out. Can't rate food never got an order in due to the worst service or lack of and greeting I even gotten anywhere. BTW was the guy behind the bar. Never even asked me to get a drink. He's bad for your business. I would have been a regular and I always take care of my servers.

Jamie was great and I had a good time here. The jalapeno cheddar sausage was my favourite. It was balanced and not too spicy or cheesy. The ambience felt a little cold and empty. Most likely because I was here on a Monday evening and not much was going on.
