Please stop making it so difficult to get a straw. Seven dollars for a coffee and I have to ask for a straw? And I never get a straw in a delivery order ever. This is insanity.
I get this same order from this location (route 50 & Maguire) multiple times a week.. I’m not exaggerating when I say it NEVER tastes the same! I really just don’t understand. For a place who literally uses step by step recipes it’s just not adding up. Some of their baristas are great and then there’s a few (like the one today) who screws up my order and is rude on top of it. Go further down 50 to the Winter Garden location. Save your time and money.

Good service like some Starbucks. Service has got back to pre covid and pre union levels of service.

I had an experience at this Starbucks drive-through that left me feeling dismissed and dehumanized, and I’m sharing it here so you can decide for yourself if this reflects the kind of empathy Starbucks claims to stand for. Picture this: it’s early, I’m bleary-eyed, haven’t had my coffee yet—classic morning struggle. In a total brain-fog moment, I forgot to order at the call box. When I pulled up to the window, I apologized with a smile to the barista, April, saying, “I’m so sorry, I totally blanked at the call box. No coffee in me yet! Can I just get a Americano?” Barista 1 was kind and said they could make it happen. I thought, “Great, a little human kindness goes a long way.” But then another employee, Bad Barista 2, who was on call box duty, stepped in and shut it down. They told Barista 1 to refuse my order, no coffee for me. It wasn’t a hectic rush, and my order would’ve taken maybe 35 seconds (expresso shot + hot water). Instead of showing a shred of understanding for a relatable mistake, they wanted to send me away empty-handed. It felt like I was being punished for being human, and it was honestly embarrassing. It gets worse. Later, I got a call from someone I believe was the district manager, Carlos. I hoped he’d hear me out, but he backed bad barista 2 decision with a cold, mathematical explanation: the drive-through takes about three minutes from call box to window (apparently this location isn't hitting there speed goals), and my 35-second order would somehow be unfair to others. In other words, I wasn’t worth 35 seconds of their time. That stung, Starbucks is supposed to be about warmth and connection, not making customers feel insignificant. You be the judge: does this sound like a team that values empathy and customer care, or one that prioritizes rigid rules over a simple act of kindness? I’ve always loved Starbucks, but this experience made me question if this location actually cares about its customers.

I used to go to this location every single week 2-3 times per week for over 6 months because it was in a convenient spot. My drink was not made correctly at least once a week. After several months of going to a different location with no issues, I returned to this one. I ask for a drink that is specifically made with blonde espresso and they can’t even manage that. Not just once but twice in one week. I don’t order a specially made drink, it’s literally as is on the menu. I’m not sure what the problem is with this location specifically.
Poor customer service

Can you all work on being faster? There’s always a large staff behind the counter, but somehow that never seems to translate into quicker service. Just an observation.
I asked for light ice and half my cup was ice. When I took the ice out I only had half a cup of coffee. Pretty easy to leave the ice out. This is not the first time it’s happened. They also repeatedly get orders wrong and leave out the extra caramel for my bf’s drinks pretty often. Kind of tired of the same place getting so much wrong. You had multple opportunities to do well.
I love Starbucks

For frame of reference
Yes I showed up near closing time and ready to tip well as I needed a coffee before starting a long project
Pull into parking lot 5 minutes before close with two cars waiting for drinks…due to the location the staff was able to watch me pull into the drive through lane
Waiting minutes then saw them running to the door locking and refused to serve me during business hours. Horribly disappointing to be sent away after the amount of business I’ve done with your organization.
The staff at this location tonight 5/5/25 let me down and despite being the closest to my home I will no longer be a patron at this location thanks to wanting to close down early

Usually I love Starbucks but the same can’t be said for this one. It had SUPER slow service. I waited in the drive through for one small drink and it took 20 minutes. For a SMALL COFFEE! What’s worse is the barista didn’t have any sympathy and seemed annoyed when I asked if my drink was still hot. I will never go back here don’t waste your time and money. 1 star

Came in this afternoon. We bought 5 drinks from here but they all tastes different. We came back there to tell them something wrong about the drink. The young lady in there sooo nice. She redo every single one of them for us. The best service ever
