Well i am not gonna come back to this location , because of bad bad bad customer service, employee name is April, very rude, she made mistakes with our order and also other wasn’t satisfy with her order, and instead of saying sorry , she was rude again. As a customer of starbucks i can tell, we don’t want like this attitude ppl in customer service. Will skip this location.

Soooooo... Order the hot chocolate egg white spinach feta wrap .. waited .. 5 minutes they called me for the cocoa .., I got it .... Waited for the rest of the order........ And waited... and waited ... 10 minutes even more ! The young lady asks me.. was it something I was waiting for ...??? 🤐 Um ? I quoted my order.. she went to a different spot on the same counter ... I'm sorry but that was ignorant... Communication should have been calling me AGAIN to gather the rest of my order...or complete the WHOLE order and call me ONE TIME listen I'm glad I taught communication in my own restaurant ...if it were them working there where I own .. i wud have CALLED THEIR NAME and chewed them out for lunch !

Unfortunately, the slow decline of this location continues. The drive-through line takes forever, the staff tries so hard, but are so understaffed that there’s not much they can do. It’s gotten to the point where they don’t even apologize for the long waits and sub-optimal drinks anymore. So many other options in the immediate area. I was hoping the remodel would make it more efficient for the dedicated staff, but this certainly has not happened.

Went to pick up a Coffee which was ready at the counter and they made me wait over 10 mins without any communication . Two guys employees saw me but did t show any intention to take my order, after 10 mins another person came to bag my coffee the one that was at the counter sitting in there for more than 10 mins … asked to who I should ask next time for my orders and she just ignored me … poor customer service

When I went inside to get my drinks/food, it turned out the drink was made incorrectly (I ordered a pink drink but instead it was a dragon fruit drink) so my mom asked to remake it into a pink drink and the lady did, but she was rude. She literally slammed the drink on the counter?? And the drink doesn't even taste like anything, no strawberry flavor. Literally just coconut milk.

if i could rate zero stars i would. i never leave reviews, let alone negative ones. i used to come here every morning before work but ever since they reopened from the small remodel, i only come maybe once or twice a month because everything just went downhill. my last few times coming here my drinks were made incorrectly and when i ask for corrections it’s always followed up with unpleasant attitudes. the final straw was today, although i always order the same exact drink. after a very long wait, i finally got my pickup order drink and it was incorrect. specially, i asked for no cinnamon and there was cinnamon. upon my return for the correction, i was told by the barista in the drive thru “i made your drink i know i didn’t put cinnamon”.. why would i waste my precious time to come back to complain about a drink, if it was correct initially? furthermore, if i asked for no cinnamon and you put cinnamon, mistakes happen. but to be dismissive as if i somehow couldn’t SEE or didn’t TASTE the cinnamon in said drink, is pure ignorance and poor customer service. unfortunately, i won’t be back to this location anymore and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Every time I come here, I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes just so they can get my order
Wrong . They are also always out of everything. They’re out of oats milk they’re out of the food dish I wanted. My drink taste so water down I would love to be contacted for refund. People that are working look and act like children. They’re just standing there talking while orders aren’t being made.
